She was an excellent guide who mixed historical and local knowledge with everyday chat to keep our children interested.

We used them for Ephesus and again in Istanbul. We had a memorable experience on both days. Our guide in Ephesus was Pinar and she was very responsive to our requests and all eight of us enjoyed both days immensely.

She even spent extra time with us shopping. Ephesus is an amazing historical site not to be missed. We had a very nice airconditioned van with a great driver. Our date was on Sept 21 and our tour guide was the best! Though the locations toured were fascinating, very educational and informative, the personal nature , personality, and knowledge of our tour guide, Yavuz, was what set the experience apart from other similar tours we have taken, including in Ephesus and the surrounding area. We will long remember his sensitivity to our needs and interests as well as the time in discussion with him about many topics. He has the listening ear to match his mastery of the subjects he addresses. Our understanding of the context surrounding the biblical New Testament accounts was greatly enhanced.

Had an excellent lunch at a 5-star hotel (included in the price). The site (Hierapolis) itself is really fantastic and historic. Our guide (Selcuk) was really good - patient and knowledgeable. The Pamukkale travertines were amazing. We were glad we did not pay for the Cleopatra's pool part of the tour. That pool looked very filthy and crowded.
