My wife booked for a package, which included hammam, sauna, steam room and a massage. I didn’t know what to expect and was really impressed.
Ayu did the complete treatment. From start to finish Ayu was brilliant, and worked tirelessly to cater for my every need. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to the spa, and returned when finished. I would highly recommend this spa to everyone, it’s not the cheapest but the package I got was worth every penny. The Bali girls work so hard but every time they meet you you’re greeted with a beautiful smile and very polite lady. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Budking12 contributionsArranged to get picked up ( free ) as we were staying in a hotel in side , picked up on time , my wife and I had a 60-minute full body massage, this was really, really good , and at 30 euros each person you can't go wrong this is a professional business that the owner said had been trading for 27 years and I say good luck to them , once our massage was over the owner ran us back to our hotel, when booking this I wots apped the owner and communication was quick , very friendly .

Enjoyed the Sauna, Steam Room, Salt Room . Loved the Salt Rub (very rough) on the hot slabs. Enjoyed bubble massage. Only thing that let the place down was the 20 minute massage at the end. It was very poor, masseuse was weak, basically tickled for 15 minutes. Think this was because I never upgraded my massage in the waiting room before the massage starts as you do get pressured into upgrading your package that you have bought through TUI. After massage I was left outside by the pool. Was not sure if I had other treatments or if that was it. Wished we had read the reviews before booking but we didn't know where we were going!
We were picked up in a taxi & greeted in reception where a member of staff tried to sell us some extra creams for the massage, we declined. We were given a towel & shown the changing rooms. We went downstairs to the sauna, then the steam room, which needed a good clean, the grouting & bottom of the doors were mouldy. We were then led to the 'salt' room. Basically a room with plaster covered plastic lumps to look like a cave & large granules of salt on the floor. It smelt very damp so we didn't stay long.
We were then shown into the bath area where we were very lucky to get the only female member of staff. She was amazing, very thorough & professional. It was a fantastic experience, never had anything like it before. The other members if staff were young males & treated the guests a mixture of men & women, with respect when it came to towel coverage!
The massage part was where they spoilt it. I was hoping for a female masseuse but there weren't any & we weren't asked. The room had clean towels on the bed & the massuse was respectful. The massage started well until he stopped & sighed, on my legs & back. He said he had to get his boss to translate. This is where it turned sour. They were talking between themselves & it transpired that apparently I had a 'dangerous edema' in my legs & something in my back, which if not treated by a medical massage would be very dangerous!! Just like other reviewers have said. It would cost 'only'€60 extra to be treated. I declined but they insisted. I didn’t feel comfortable with two men being pushy. I knew then that it was a scam as there is nothing wrong, medically, with me. We compromised & I agreed to the back massage for €30. Yes, I felt vulnerable. Massage finished, got changed, paid & left in the taxi.
Yes it was an experience, one that they could have so easily have got 5* for. Trying to scam customers who have already paid a lot is pretty low. We then read the reviews! We had to laugh & put it down to experience!
