Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Emma SHarvey, IL30 contributionsWe stayed at Borgata Hotel Casino. This place is hugh with plenty of slots. The rooms were very clean and spacious as well as the casino itself. Loud vibrant colors and not cold like other casinos. The food was great. I did not go to the buffet although I wanted t. but the lines were always long. Beside upscale restaurants and bars there was a food court in the lower level as well as grab and go restaurants and a retail plaza with a Starbucks. The gambling was ok. We spent 3 hours at Harrahs Casino and Golden Nugget also. The gambling was much better there.Written 3 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- GoaliePatElysburg, PA36 contributionsExcellent small batch spirits in a cozy, quiet spot with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Mortimer, the bartender, is an artist of bartenders. Well worth a stop while in AC. We enjoyed our visit and even the sarcasm!Written 9 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sayuri3 contributionsThis place has an amazing view and convenient parking. You can come for a stroll to enjoy the views, have a mason jar drink at Back Bay Restaurant or breakfast at Gilchrist. Easy access to boats and daily charters. The Atlantic City Aquarium is housed in this corner but unfortunately they are closed at the moment.Written 8 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eric1 contributionReceived a wonderful tour on 03/08/23 of Wastewater Treatment Plant & Wind Farm from Alexis. She was a delightful tour guide who was very amicable, insightful, passionate, knowledgeable, attentive, & provided answers to all our questions.
The tour took approximately 1 hour & included something for each of the five senses (except taste). The noise wasn’t too loud, & the smell wasn’t too bad, so no ear phones or nose plugs required. The temp was 47 degrees with sun & wind. So bundling up definitely helps.
Would recommend 10/10 and already looking forward to scheduling another tour !!!!Written 8 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
