I was lucky enough to see sunrise at Angkor Wat with Lao (hopefully I spelt that right!) and spend the day riding around temples, seeing more of the country side living of Siem reap and enjoy delicious local food.
The various 'off the beaten track' stops were excellent and we had some great food and viewed a magical sunset.
