Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We purchased the Aquaventure Super Pass on their website which includes the Lost Chambers Aquarium. We also purchased access to one regular size locker which held our small backpack.

Be sure to get there as soon as the park opens (9:45 am)
to avoid the long lines. When you get in, go first to the Guest Services Kiosk. Ask for the free AquaSox, then get the wristbands for the slides. The wristband also opens the locker. The lockers/changing rooms/ showers are just to the left of the Kiosk.

Be sure to get a map. This is one of the worst signposted parks I have ever been to!

We started at Neptune Tower and did all of the raft rides as well as the Leap of Faith twice!

We also did all the group and single raft rides at the Poseidon and Trident Towers. But the pavement gets really hot even with AquaSox. We found a solution to getting between the lockers and the other two towers. There is a golf cart transportation system between the two parts of the Atlantis hotel with stops in between at all 3 towers. Just ask an employee where the nearest stop is. This allowed us to go the lockers for snacks and water and back without much walking in direct sun.

Though the Lost Chambers Aquarium was small compared to the Dubai Aquarium, we felt it was worth the extra $10 per person, the exhibits and big viewing room were beautiful, and it was air-conditioned. This allowed us to cool down and rehydrate before heading back to the hotel.

If you are in Dubai and have some time, don't hesitate!

We had free access as we stayed at The Atlantis. Full of interesting marine life that you don’t see in the UK. It’s not huge but worth a visit.

Palm Jumeirah is the grandest of the grand projects in Dubai. It's the largest man made island in the world, and it can be seen from outer space. It took 6 years and 12 billion US dollars to build. It has a monorail running up its spine which ends at the impressive Atlantis Hotel. And, it's not the only man-made island in Dubai. There are several others in various stages of construction. If you want to see it from above, go visit the “View at the Palm”, a 240 meter high viewpoint of the entire island, located on the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower Hotel.
It's definitely a must-see attraction while in Dubai.

Service was great and friendly starting from checking in at the reception and then directions to the dolphin park and then the briefing.
In the dolphin pool Ismile and Stephen where great and explaining how the dolphins live in the park then myself and my five year old daughter were introduced to Sol our dolphin for the dip and play session and was great and heart whelming
    Thanks guys

Palm Island is a series of artificial islands in the shape of a palm tree. You can see it best from atop the observation tower. A scenic monorail offers near ground level views and is a nice ride.

This appears to be an up and coming location, and only accessible via car/taxi as the monorail isn’t open yet. Various shops and restaurants of all nationalities. There is the largest light and fountain display on offer, commences daily from sunset every hour after.
There are also small kiddies rides here. Of particular note is the photo opportunity to get the Pointe sign, with Atlantis and monorail at sunset.
The beach even has large bean bags for use at no charge.
Will be more reachable when the Monorail Station opens later this year (2022).

Nice beach, with comfy sunbeds. Haven't seen customer servise a lot, but that is not issue for us.
Water is clear, beach is mostly clean.
Price is fair for this kind of beach.
Not too crouded, even on easter holidays, we were on Monday.

Smooth, wide promenade along the Persian Gulf at the end of the Palm Jumeirah peninsula. Good place to walk along the water or ride your bike. There is free parking all along on the street running parallel to the boardwalk. Nice breeze off the water, but this boardwalk is in full sun with no shade anywhere, so I would recommend coming in the morning or later afternoon/evening. Visiting during covid, there was plenty of room to spread out and we felt very safe.

Ittahad park is amazing park with jogging track, Starbucks and restaurants good for walk , exercise and dine. Nakheel mall opened last Thursday making this place even more fun . You can walk directly from the Park into the mall that has lots of activities and really good restaurants opening soon. Cinema, trampoline park, Fabyland and so much more. This mall is really nice since it has more shops to offer than any big chain high street brands. Lots of little unique shops.

NAKEEL MALL is my hidden gem mall for kids play areas.

There is a wide range of choices all on the same floor, you just get to pick where to drop the kids or even join them playing.

Faby Land is my favourite so far! The staff are very attended to their task and sanitising the games after each round.

I must say that I played two ride games with my 3 years old daughter and my one year old boy was thrilled with the decorations and lighting at the area.

There are lots of great shops and food and beverage outlets in The Avenues, which is part of the iconic Atlantis hotel complex.

The place is immaculately clean and links the hotel to the water park. There is a taxi rank outside so getting there and away is very easy.
