Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Nanthini Subramaniam1 contributionI was recommended by my colleague to try this hydrotherapy spa. It really helped me ease my muscle aches because I tend to do lots of sports in my free time. After going for a few sessions, I felt much better. I patronise every month and I am much at ease now. Try it for yourself!Written 19 June 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ren L2 contributionsThe area around gspa looks a tad bit shady, but once you find the building and go up the second floor, it's another world really.
The staff were nice to have me check in to my day at the spa. Note that it's best to get in the morning rather than the afternoon (especially weekends), as it will get busy during those times of the day/week.
I had a scrub and a massage. The scrub was definitely a good experience. I expected to be de-scaled like a fish at a wet market, but it was quite merciful and surprisingly nice. The massage was okay. Nothing to write home about.
The food was also okay for buffet and for whatever the chef's recommendation was (Fried Chicken Wings). Nothing wrong with free.
I also ended up taking a nap on one of the recliners and it felt good to just wind down and do nothing.
All in all, it was a good time, definitely plan on spending a couple of hours to get some R&R.Written 24 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I've been a regular customer for 5 years. Previously, they don't try to hard-sell or upsell the packages. Once you are done with the package, you would naturally re-sign because there was no pressure and the masseues are good and friendly. Now, even the massue will direct the sales staff to you once you are done with your massage. And they keep promoting all the unnecessary add-ons. And they do this every time. If you want to try this place, i suggest go elsewhere. Only the name is spa - there are no such facilities and neither will u feel relaxed. It's really sad it's turned out like this.Written 7 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Emem2Singapore, Singapore341 contributionsIf you are a visitor, are curious about Reiki, and have the time,do visit the centre. If you are a local, even better, you have the time to explore further. The centre is a calm oasis in a lovely part of the Eastern part of Singapore. Visit the website for details about classes. Besides Reiki, there are other interesting events that take place at One Heart. Everyone is very welcoming.Written 17 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Gelato ChenSingapore, Singapore2 contributionsHave been coming to FootNote Reflexology for the last couple of years and I must say that their reviews are legit! They are affordable and the skills of the therapists are fantastic. Tried a few masseurs and their skills are all consistent. Highly recommended!Written 22 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- FelSingapore, Singapore3 contributionsWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from their staff Victoria
I made an appointment with 2 specific masseuses at 3pm for
5pm to 6pm massage. In order to be in time for the booking, I got a taxi down and managed to reach at 4.45pm.
However when I reach Victoria says their masseuses are not able to serve us and will be late by 15mins because previous customers came in late.
And if we can take other masseuses instead then we can start earlier.
So I told her it’s not being fair for us to not be able to start on time because of previous customer fault, and she should adjust their timing, but she refuses to change anything.
She further says if we are not happy, Don’t come back again. Im totally shock at this and ask if she really says that to a customer. She firmly repeatedly tell us not to come again.
We did no wrong and wasn’t even making a scene and yet we can get this kind of attitude
Judge yourself if you want this to happen to you.Written 10 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Loved every minute of my speedy visit to this amazing country. What made my visit memorable was a walking tour of key sightseeings suggested by the Changi Airport information desk. And what made tour unforgettable was the guide (Sue). She was punctual meeting us at the Bugis tube station, extremely charming and with a big smile on her face. Her English and knowledge of the city and the sights were impeccable. Sue loves being a tour guide and she does it beautifully. I unreservedly and highly recomend the tour and please ask for Sue as your guide. Relax and you’re in for a treat 🤗Written 24 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Yahoo1 contributionThe closing time is 1030pm. However, the aunties and uncles will stare at u and hope u faster go home. The shared facilities, salt room and cassia seed room are ‘closed’ at 9.30 by the uncle. They will urge u to quickly go shower. Come to relax but is stress out by their staffs yearning to end work and go home at about 9 ish pm. 9ish pm is the most tension timing. Uncle will also constantly come and said he swept the floor.
If facilities closed at 9.30pm just state it clearly at website. State clearly to go shower by 9.30pm. It’s not 10.30pm at all.Written 24 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
