I was first afraid and hesitant when my partner suggested we do it as part of our trip. But I couldn’t wait to leave a review after my service. My service was done by a lovely lady called Kevser who was exceptional at her job. She greeted me with kindness from the beginning and continued to demonstrate excellent customer service. I want to publicly thank her for making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole service. Negative: they accept only cash. Nearby ATMs weren't working. The shoes they give are dangerous.
Note: the massage is very soft and gentle.

From the moment we were picked up at the hotel, to the reception and general atmosphere of the place where we had our hammam, it was spectacular. The people who attended to us were very professional and they treated us clearly, kindly and very pleasantly during the 90 minutes of treatment. Oznur was my therapist, she was so sweet and really cared to give ne the best experience. Halim(mami) served us tea and snacks afterwards, he was very sweet. I scheduled a Turkish Hamam, and it was a brilliant idea; it was so relaxing, inexpensive when booked through Viator, and an excellent thing to do after a long flight before your hotel room is available. This location was clean, and the service was great.
