    Fun and various
Many activities in different areas are available, but it's a bit tired to move around without any intramural vehicles like shuttle bus or something

This is probably the most fun waterfall to visit in Vietnam though parts of it are not for the faint of heart! I see that many people have booked tours to this place but we just hired a driver for the day and set an itinerary. It worked out quite well. Ba Ho waterfall is really a park with a series of waterfalls, pools and a river for swimming, playing, picnicking and even bungalows to stay over. The park is really suffering from the lack of tourism in the area and from the fact that it's a bit distant from the center of town meaning that people won't just stumble on it without some effort. But DO MAKE THE EFFORT. It's totally worth it.

There are absolutely different difficultly levels in the different areas. The lowest level is great for kids. I think kids and less than very fit people can probably make it to the first pool at the base of the first waterfall you reach along the trail. After that, there's a lot of climbing and not steps...climbing - scrambling with ropes and iron steps and bars drilled into the rock. It's INTENSE. This is the sort of place that would have you sign a waiver, wear PPE or - just not be allowed in many parts of the world. But, we climbed all the way to the top of the marked path through the rocks and swam in all of the pools. It's all very tranquil right now since there are so few customers.

But, while Nha Trang is certainly known for its beaches, this is really a top attraction.

This trip felt like a mini trip to Angkor Wat in Cambodia, a well looked after clear area, with the temples on top being still well intact. A must see in Nha Trang if you’re into ancient structures. Entrance is only 10,000VND

We missed it but I believe there are dancing/live music shows happening there as well during set times. Has toilets and a cafe on site

Easy way to spend half a day (or more) chilling out! We went for the special mud package (5,000,000VND/pp) which included 20mins in a hot mudbath, 20mins in a hot herbal bath and unlimited access to the swimming pools.

What they dont tell you on the website:
    - Towels are included in the price, and available there. (As are swimshorts.. incase you forget?)
    - You each get a locker in a secure changing room.
    - You can pay by card.

Would definitely recommend getting a taxi there/back as its quite a long way to walk.

The main beach in this city. It’s about 7 km’s long and the pathways, trees and shrubs are very well maintained. Some spots along the beach have garbage on it, but not very much. In the centre of the beach where I have been staying, the beaches are kept very clean with umbrellas and chairs for rent. The water changes depending on season, so sometimes it isn’t as clear. Not much for waves on this beach. The ones that are there are small and break only about 20’ from shore.

On the day of our arrival I purchased there 2 local sim cards.
And the excursion to the Zoclet beach was very nice!!!

I wish only Russian speaking people who come to buy excursions would learn how to wait when their turn is and would stop interrupting other clients when they are booking their excursions or inquiring for information.:)

It’s a tad expensive but the vistas worth it. Approximately a 15 minute ride to get to the island well worth the ride for the view alone

Nothing special honestly if you are not interesting to get know the religion history or story. However, besides of Big Buddha locate on top of temple (will take you few minutes to hike up with some stages), one of point you can have the bird's eye view of Nha Trang from there when good weather.
To be watchful, lot locals will giving you incense sticks on mid of the way to the top, please do not take it as you have to pay with unknown price.
Attire - You can wear short pant if you just visit the outside. You need to wear long pant if go inside of temple.
    No admission fee is required.

The French-style Nha Trang Cathedral (also known as the Stone Church) is the largest church in the city. Set atop a hill that overlooks Nha Trang Train Station, it was constructed in provincial French Gothic style by priest Louis Vallet during the early 19th century.

This is a great place to see monkeys in a sum what natural environment, but it did seem a bit like a pet zoo?
Each of the various islands have there own monkey types and small groups, but they depend on the tourist groups for there main diet so come running when they hear the boats and guides whistles!
Even so this is a far better environment than a cage of any kind!
There is also the chance of seeing many birds ,iguanas, and even a crocodile but we were not lucky.

Nice clean and tidy place. Good if you have young kids. More expensive that a beach bed on the beach but worth it.
