Parking: on the street Staff: hilarious, a lot of double entendres (as one might imagine) Product: handmade chocolate and other enrobing of macadamia nuts (they will ship anywhere in the U.S.) Great gifts.
There is a huge variety of chocolates in multiple different flavors, and some of them are Hawaii specific flavors like Lilikoi.

Located in an industrial area near Costco and the airport, this cookie shop makes the best chocolate-dipped (milk or dark) shortbread cookies.
My favorite is the chocolate chip with macadamia nuts and a quarter coffee with macadamia nuts

You get to learn about growing coffee, cacao (chocolate) and many other producing plants (avacado, mango, ginger, and the kukui tree (whose nuts create an amazing oil which is used in the soaps).
Schedule a visit to the farm where they have coffee, chocolate, fresh fruit trees (guava and star fruit) plus the natural soap factory.

When you find the passionate, laid back and enthusiastic employees (they must drink a LOT of their caffeine), they are incredibly helpful, friendly and thorough about their 100% Kona coffee.
We were told about this place and "the coffee and nut man" from whom one can buy great coffee and macadamia nuts by our hosts at an orientation to the activities on the Big Island our first morning.
