Vegas Lounge is one of those DC institutions, no doubt. This bar definitely has changed over the years, and I'd say it's clientele has also changed.
The good thing about here is that they have really good live music. People come for the live music, and it's worth it.
However, once it gets crowded here, this place, to me, is somewhat unbearable. Everyone crowds around the stage, naturally, but then you end up not being able to move or leave or even see your friends across the room. My main comment is that you can't really get to the bathroom because it's at the end of the bar and when there's too many people it's almost impossible to get there. The layout of Vegas Lounge really let me down.
Very small and is easily cramped, but the live music is pretty good. I've only ever come here with groups of friends, I've never choose to go here on a whim.
