Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Alex IceReykjavik, Iceland62 contributionsBojnice Castle is traditionally considered the most famous and most beautiful castle in Slovakia - although this is a country that has many castles. This reputation is well deserved. The castle is very large and beautiful - both outside and inside. Visiting the interior halls (as well as the burial vault and a small cave) is only possible as part of a tour group. The tour lasts almost an hour and a half; unfortunately, almost all tours are in Slovak, there are only 2 tours per day in English (one of them is at 13-45, this is what we chose). We got to the castle from Bratislava. It is quite a long journey - 3 hours by train, to the Prievidza station, then local bus number 3 (no more than 10 minutes). However, we did not regret the time spent. I recommend it!Written 7 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Katusik M14 contributionsHave to say, zoo is lovely and in recent years they are getting better. But ticket sales is terrible! It's school holiday time and they must have daily thousands of visitors so what they do? Open one single window for tickets sale! And on our way out we walked to car park, payed the ticket and no one couldn't get out of car park because barriers didn't work and all employees left home long before closing time of zoo.Written 3 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Soko37Budapest, Hungary13,781 contributionsRide the small train 🚂 from parking place close outside swimming pool or hike quite steep hills through pine park or hiking 🥾through the forest 🌳 along the zoo. Place where you have great lookout, big playground for small or bigger kids eventually Tarzan track and zip line. Many small shops for snacks, drinks 🍺 and restaurant. You connect walking with relaxing on the top of the hill, eating 🍽. Even bigger entertainment coming when dinosaurs 🦕 park is ready. Just get ready with your walletWritten 9 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Natália H2 contributionsVery nice, we enjoyed the interactive activities a lot:) There’s a lot of information put in a very comprehensive and playful way, and you can play a game alongside exploration of the museum.Written 31 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - sy3717Subang Jaya, Malaysia996 contributionsWe had no chance to enter the church, but were very happy to be there. The outlook of the church is old, unique and beautiful. I love its architecture.Written 30 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Smolly111 contributionsGumi Land is 700 m2 of FUN. Inflatable castles, kids boats and more all covered in a big tent - so never in the sun. Ideal for kids and parents, we all had a lot of fun. Above that it is located near the Muzeum Praveku and football field - so there is free parking space, you can have a great beer and pizza on the terrace next to it. And as a bonus, there is also a kids traffic park with small cars - very much fun.Written 19 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Soko37Budapest, Hungary13,781 contributionsTravertines are in Bojnice as it goes together with hot springs. Forest hike starts at zoo, direction to pension Maxim, first passing residential area then following green mark. Natural forest, travertines on one side mixed with trees. You can rest at Lasce well, natural water spring close to soccer field. The hike is easy not so much up and down and it is good 👍 in hot weather as you are under the trees🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳Written 24 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
