Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited a pub/brewery/restraunt called ALZBETKA. It is outside the old town, just a few metres from The Slovak Bar and The KGB Pub. Very authentic place, beer was fabulous (I tried them all) and the food was amazing. Went back again, and then next night again. Very good value, if in Bratislava again I will return there.

The walk along the river Danube in the evening is lovely and refreshing. There are many cafes and bars to sit and have a coffee or drink.

The gate was closed for renovations and you couldn't walk through the amazing archway. I love the architecture and the history that goes along with the building. You could still walk up to it and get around around it and still see it but just couldn't get into it. I still really enjoyed it. Get down and have a look when you visit the Bratislava castle.

This building is the 18th Century classical style Archbishop's Palace. Now the building is the Bratislava natural residence. There is limited admission since it is a residence. Areas open to give guests an idea of the architecture style and interior decoration.

Beautiful little square where we sat and listened to our city guide tell us about Bratislava and more in general about the Slavs versus the Czechs. I loved the story about the velvet revolution and velvet divorce. I would say it is a love/hate relationship. LOL
