It was an important historic point of the Hungarian Kingdom. It was the western "door" of the Kingdom, representing progression and westernization. The lift up is just a short ride and then up a few steps to the viewing platform.

Very small, connected to many street with pubs, restaurants, coffeehouses and shops, few hundreds meters away from castle 🏰 stairs and Michalska gate. As it was very hot, we went to uphill Bratislava, in the forest named Banzik. Take a Bolt drive to the TV Towe, it's only a 15mins drive from the city centre. It was a pleasant and gentle 2 hours hiking experience in the forest. Afterwards, you can go on top of the TV tower for a nice view of Bratislava. The cost is 6 euros each. There is a nice revolving restaurant on top and you get the entrance fee refunded if you have a main course there. What stands out most about it it is beautiful tower which can be seen from the roof top of St Michael's Tower., and its tower look similar to that of St. Michael's tower, having the same colours.
