It is what it is. Worth a visit if you are of faith and also for those interested in the history of Cardonagh. Well preserved.

I'm not a Catholic, but was still interested to read about the history of the Mass Rock in Cardonagh after the public practice of Catholicism was banned by Oliver Cromwell in the 17th century.

This sheltered grove allowed the locals to continue their worship undiscovered. It is well signposted from Cardonagh and we had the place to ourselves. There is a very peaceful atmosphere. everything is covered in moss which makes it appear as though it's been trapped in a time warp. Enchanting.

Blaise and Michael went out of their way to make sure our family had everything we needed: bikes, repair kit, extra tire tube, helmets, reflective jackets, a good map and advice. Even though we had very good bicycles at home, we found theirs to be well-tuned and a lot easier than hauling our own from Canada to Ireland.

I take my goddaughter here often (20months) and she just loves it. It's located in the business park in pound street, opposite Carn auto parts. Very reasonably priced, €4 for half hour and €5 for an hour. Plenty of climbing in the 2storey climbing area ,a ball pool and slide.
Everything is padded. We have been there when they hosted children's parties as well and the food/snacks looked very good.

This beautiful 100 year old building can be found on Chapel Street, in the hearth of Carn, and it hosts activities on a daily basis. It looks like an old fashioned church, and probably was at one stage, and the locals are very proud of it. Drama productions are held here on a regularly, and upgrade developments are ongoing. On my visit, a very helpful young lady gave me the tour, and I could clearly see, that she was very proud to be associated with the building.
