Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We attended a wine tasting at this winery and got a lot of wonderful impressions 🤗 The winemaker told us the history of each of his wines in great detail, taught us to recognize the nuances of the aroma of wine, provided us with beautifully served traditional local snacks and showed us the amazing historical cellar under the house where the wine matures. We were able to taste wines straight from the barrel, learned the nuances of winemaking and the history of winemaking in Modra. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back!

Fedor and I are cousins, I have known him since 1965. He does a great job at wine making and as a host. He is carrying on the family tradition, hurray! Look, the French Department of Agriculture and Fisheries elevated him to the level of chevalier and he has done a lot of world travel inspecting and rating wines and learning about worldwide aspects of viticulture and wine making and familiarizing himself with a huge variety of wines around the world. He is also Full Professor of Food Chemistry or Food Chemical Engineering or something like that at Bratislava Institute of Technology, has written twenty books, knows his stuff. Among the locals his favorite book is Ako Robit' Vino [How to Make Wine], my aunt's apartment neighbors told me that. The locals love him.

Absolutely fantastic evening in the town of Sv Jur. Our guide, Martina, was very knowledgeable, organised, and funny. She has taken us to some most beautiful wine cellars in the town and introduced us to their enthusiastic young owners. Thank you so much!
