This is a superb museum, which is not very large but has not only interesting exhibits but also some very moving related human interest aviation stories. I also never realised that early seaplanes were actually built in Malta, for example. However, be aware that we were charged 20 Euros for a taxi ride from Mdina to Takali which should have been 11 Euros. We discovered that there was board at the car park next to the entrance to Mdina gate that showed the standard taxi fares. Apart from this slight rip off, it was a wonderful visit. You can then catch a 56 bus back to Valetta

My wife and I visited the stadium on Friday 9th of August 2022. When we got there Thay were filming a documentary about the museum, so we had to wait for them to finish filming. We had booked just the museum tour because Thay wasn't doing the full tour at that time. Kennath our tour guide came to show us round there were only six of us on the tour. It's only a small museum but packed with all sorts of stuff about Maltas national team what Kennath didn't know about the exhibits you could wright on the back of a postage stamp he was that good. After the tour had finished Kennath said that he would take us round the rest of the stadium anything that is open you can have a look, so we went to the training facilities dressing rooms and down the tunnel to the pitch. It turned out to be a fantastic tour and to top it all because the buses were diverted Kennath offered to give us a lift into Mosta.Kennath we can't thank you enough for what you did what a great chap. It's only a small stadium but I would reccomend you to go great tour.

We visited this winery following an opportunity offered in the Agrifair held in Malta and must say it was really worth the time. Although rather on a small scale, this little estate has it all. Hearing them talk about their wine and bottling process you can tell that they are really passionate about their wine and take pride in its production. They were ready to respond to any questions asked and the answers provided could be easily understood by anyone. Although a lover of white wines, Chardonnay is usually not one of my favourites, but their Chardonnay is truly amazing. I would recommend this experience to any wine lover.

Away from the built-up areas, it is a hidden gem! Kids love the place, well kept and easy to park! An alternative to the beach, ideal for picnics!
There is café in the park, delicious cappuccino, lots of different options to eat. They do not accept cards, so make sure you have cash. Dogs are not allowed in the BOV adventure park, but right next to it, there is a huge park where dogs can run around!

Myself and my family come from the uk yearly
Recently they’ve made this farm non petting my favourite donkey your not able to touch because of bratty children who aren’t told by the park keepers how to touch or look after animals some of the children are so naughty while the parents watch on
Make the car park smaller and the animal shelters bigger charge a fee to come in so that you can improve these things.

There are very few things I buy when I go to Europe...they include: Wine, Chocolate, Christmas Ornaments and Hand Blown/Created Glass. Mdina Glass did not disappoint. We first saw the small store in Mdina and they told us about the factory store so we held off buying anything. The concierge at our hotel said to make sure we look at the 50% sections since they have great deals with either minor defects (which I think make the piece unique) or is a color scheme that is going out of style. It's a good thing we only had limited time because I could have spent the day at the factory. We picked out a beautiful blue and green bowl from the 50% off that was marked 225 EU which they charged us 112 EU. The reason it was marked down was they were no longer making that color combo and had very few pieces left. I wanted something big for my dining room table and this is perfect. We took them up on shipping which was about an extra 60 and included insurance. We purchased on April 19th and they said it would arrive in about a month. We had a shipping notification a few days after it was purchased. Imagine our happy surprise when it arrived on our doorstep on May 2nd. We had only been home for a day so we are lucky it didn't arrive before we did!!

As an FYI....we paired this outing with a trip to the cathedral in Motha first thing in the morning because we had that 1/2 open. The other convenient time to visit the factory would be before or after you go to Mdina and Rabat.

This was not what we were expecting, but glad we went. Local made pottery, blown glass, stones, silver jewelry and leathers. Found that the pottery prices were really high, but everything else was priced right. If you want to take back a piece of Malta, this is a must stop!

Every trip to Malta should include a visit here.
The craftsmanship is amazing, the owner has so much passion for his work.
It's been a couple of years since I last visited, the new shop is so big and light compared to the last shop.
Looking forward to seeing more shops being built in the village.
There are new toilets and new shops opening all the time in the village.

Such beautiful colourful ceramics, but for me it is the tabletops that stand out and there are so many different designs. You can see them being hand-painted. If you are looking for a cafe at Ta'qali you will find a small but excellent one here, great lattes and delicious homemade cakes and savouries.

End of July 2017 we odererd and paid for a small coffee table and shipment to Switzerland. Delievery approx. 6 weeks. Mid October the table arrived broken in Switzerland due to unsufficient packaging. We had paid Euro 270.00 for shipment. The postagefee on the package was about Euro 80, no insurance, no declaration. Upon contacting the shop we were advised to send it bvack at our expense, it would be fixed and reposted for free.We expect goods to arrive undamaged and not have to pay more for transport, after beeing ripped off at the first place. We refused to accept delievery, The package went back. According to the Olive it never arrived. According to Malta post he refused to accept delivery. By now the package seems still at Malta post deposit and we do not get any feedback from the Olivewood shop. Do not order there. We usually do not use tripadvisor or any other tools for negative comments but customers of this shop need to be warned. In total we are out of pocket Euro 865.

We bought some great pieces of Maltese glass at this outlet when we were last in Malta three ears ago.

Unfortunately what there is now is rather cheap looking. Not for us this visit.

Nice place, but the track was really poorly structured. Some parts were actually dangerous, without tires to contain any accidental loss of control of the kart. My kart wasn't well balanced (and it was easy to lose control), and it was always hard to turn right. My cousin's kart failed at the first round, and he had to wait while the staff GoT him a new one. Those minutes he was waiting were paid, and were not refunded.
At general it was a good experience, but they should do something about the track and the karts, specially considering the summer is coming.
