Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

we went on the bike tour this morning, with Eleanor as our guide. She was wonderful, just a bundle of fun to lead our tour. The tour was well organized. Although I had not written a bike in a long time, I managed to get through. Cannot recommend this tour enough.

We had a most wonderful tour because of our tour guide/bus driver Gerry! He gave us so much information along the 2 hour ride to the Cliffs of Moher, really explaining things along the way. He took great care of our whole group all along the way. He explained our options at the Aran Island of Inisheer for touring, pony guided covered wagon, different type of wagon, ride a bike or walk. He told us about the different place to eat. All good recommendations.

He really became my hero before we left for the trip. The trip leaves at 9:00 am at the Kinlay Hostel. There’s no bathroom nearby to use before you leave. The worst thing is there’s no working toilet on the bus!!! Let that sink in. You’re going to be on the bus for 2 hours, each way, with no working toilet.

At 8:45 I asked the general manager/representative from Wild Atlantic Way if there was a bathroom close by. He was very rude and brusque, and told me no. He also mentioned, very emphatically, that the bus was leaving at 9:00 sharp.
There’s no bathroom available anywhere near the meeting place. I inquired about a toilet on the bus and was told no.
Gerry overheard me and walked me most of the way to the Victoria Hotel. I told him I was worried about being left behind and my husband was on the bus. I told him what the WAW representative told me.
Gerry nicely but firmly told me not to worry. He said he was the bus driver and he would not leave without me.
I hurried and made onto the bus at 8:59.
If the WAW representative had bothered to be half as kind and helpful as Gerry I’d have been back on the bus even sooner. He is a very poor representative of your company.

Gerry, on the other hand, is wonderful! He is great. You should recognize him and honor in some way. A little kindness (and common sense go a long way.

You must have toilets on your buses.

I like caves and this one did not disappoint. Be aware that you have to descend a metal staircase equivalent to six floors and then climb back up at the end of the tour. The passage to the main chambers is not very tall and you could bump your head but they give you a hard hat to wear. So, know that you may have to stoop from time to time. You are rewarded with a view of this huge stalactite. Perhaps the best I've ever seen. The tour guide was very informative and answered all questions. Definitely a worthwhile tour.

The hike from Doolin is magical. You will see the cliffs from a perspective that not many people get to see. Ollie gave us the local history of what we were seeing along the way, along with how this path came to be (and so much more). He was an excellent guide and brought a great energy to the hike. I can't recommend this tour enough. If you are coming to the cliffs, you will be missing out if you do not book with Ollie's. Tons of picture spots along the way too!

We loved our tour with Wild Atlantic! We took the day trip from Galway to the Cliffs of Moher. Our tour guide Jerry was awesome—he was extremely well-versed on the history of the area and sent us on our way with a ton of cool facts (and a few jokes as well!). Beautiful misty day on the Irish coast.
We had a train to catch afterward and were able to keep our bags under the bus, which was a plus. Definitely recommend doing a bus tour (or two!) during your time in Ireland—it’s a great way to see a lot of different places in one day!

We are a family of 6, with ages ranging from 19 to 58 years old . We all agreed that the cliffs of Moher was the highlight of our trip. William was an amazing tour guide. So informative and accommodating. His knowledge of Ireland history was so welcoming. We made some stops along the way and he took us to a great Irish pub in Dooling on our return. This 12 hour tour was worth the money. We were dreading the 3 hour drive but William made that part of the tour just as exciting. Highly recommend Dublin Chauffeurs. Thank you

The 2-day tour was generally nice. But it was unclear how to find meeting point at 7:30 (we arrived 7:15) and driver of other tour told to go to other meeting point. Also, itinerary was not met and nobody informed us about that. We should have stayed at peninsula near the water, but in fact it was hostel in other city. When we asked 2nd guide/driver he mentioned that in peninsula all rooms were booked…that was disappointing. Of course nature is amazing and that what we liked.

This day trip was a wonderful, memorable experience. Our guide, Peader, spent the entire drive to the cliffs giving a talk on Irish history. He was quite knowledgable and delivered the information with humor and insight. He was also skilled at handling groups of people with diplomacy. The walk to the cliffs was magnificent. Even without ideal weather we could appreciate the majesty of the landscape. The walk/hike was not easy for me (I'm not young and have some physical difficulties), but I completed it and had no regrets. We encountered some stunning and friendly horses along the walk, which was a bonus. The trip is a must on a visit to Ireland!
