Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- roriCounty Kerry, Ireland7 contributionsHonestly I can bearly put into words just how much enjoyment I had during the experience. I booked the owl experience with my family and we did a few flights with Eugene the barn owl who did an amazing job. The staff are amazing and super accomidating you can just tell the staff are really passionate about the birds and you can just see how well they have taken care of their lovely birds. I don't think I could put into words just how much i enjoyed my time there, I just recently started falconary myself so it was lovely to hear a bunch of new facts and talk to the staff about everything and share all the stories about each others birds. Can't get over just how lovely all the birds were I'll definitely have to come back multiple times to see the birds over and over again! This is totally worth every penny possible so worth the visit :)Written 20 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JeremyDublin, Ireland16 contributionsWhat a treat in West Wicklow. A beautiful house surrounded by a beautiful created garden, courtyard and places to stay in the courtyard. A naturally sloping garden designed a created by its owner. She was in amongst the weeds gardening away. What a pleasure to meet her. There are a huge variety of plants you can buy and a lovely courtyard cafe where you can enjoy a coffee and a cake. Thoroughly recommend ...Written 9 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- T-SGlobetrottersPreston, UK3,807 contributionsIt is five years since our last visit here and the gardens are still as amazing as ever. Packed with colour with many rare and unusual plants. Several new areas developed since our last visit including a sand garden for Mediterranean plants. The wooded valley and wildflower meadow on the other side of the valley with its glorious views remains as enchanting as ever. Visit needs a minimum of 3 hours to truly appreciate all there is on offer. Can combine this with a visit to June Blakes garden a short distance away where there is a tea room.Written 4 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
