    Really nice
    Really nice staff and lovely food. Quick service and good prices. Love the outdoor area! Really enjoyed our visit. The salmon was amazing and the drinks were lovely. I didn't have a cocktail but a few of our group did and enjoyed them.

    Our night at JDs pub, Youghal.
    I was told about here as was unsure as to where to go for a good night out. It looks small from the outside but is really big inside. The bar is done up really nice, the staff were friendly and atmosphere really came alive once the DJ got going. It is a popular place for locals and I can see why!. The entertainment on there changes but you can see posters on the windows telling you who is on which night. I would definitely recommend you to go here for a good night out in a really attractive bar.

    Felt like we were intruding!!
    Had food here with my family early Sunday evening. Found the atmosphere very strange. Bar staff were not very friendly or welcoming. We ordered food and girl who took order said she'd take payment up front. Hence, there was no encouragement to buy further drinks or anything. When food was ready it was left on bar counter for us to go up and bring down to our table.
    Pizzas were quite nice. When we were leaving bar staff were hard pushed saying goodbye. Had 3 kids under 7 with us, all very quiet, seated and well behaved. There were only 2 other men in the same area drinking pints at the bar so it wasn't due to being busy or under pressure. Definitely wouldn't be encouraged to go back if we were in Youghal again.

    Bad experience. Scummy pub.
    This pub is a dump. Loads of kids and underaged inside it taking drugs and management doesn’t seem to care. Also very rough with local kids always too drunk. Staff are fairly unkind also.
