- Kelly QSeabeck, WA, United States5 contributionsOh my! If you want to immerse yourself in Irish countryside culture this little museum is a MUST SEE! Charlie Finneran is simply priceless and his collection is as well. The gallery features different local artists and is well worth a visit. Some beautiful thought provoking pieces on display.

Excellent centre with lots of interesting exhibits but you'd need lots of time to read all the articles. The 12th century abbey and St.Brigid's Well are right beside the centre. But the other places of interest are a few miles away - the Wake House, The Dolmen and the Hedge School. Good parking on tarmac outside (always good to have tarmac rather than gravel, especially for motorcycles). Very friendly local volunteers - Anton and Sean - showed us around and gave us a lot of information about their fantastic work to preserve the local heritage.Written 28 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
