Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Tour to Connemara meet in fromt of Kinlay Hostel.
We had a choice for our main stop (3 hours), either Connemara National Park or Kylemore Abbey.
We chose Kylemore because the weather was rainy.
The tour made several small stops about 5 min each and 20 min in Clifden
We enjoyed the tour despite of the not so great weather

Thrilled with the guide, the tour, the cost, what we saw, the food, the experience, the pace, absolutely everything. Particularly loved the abbey…the sheep dog experience…the lunch in the quaint pub and the great insights and experience that Bogdan provided! Best experience we could have hoped for!!! Highly recommend!!!

Colleen was fantastic. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She made the best of a rainy day. The Kylemore Abbey is extremely beautiful.

It was a great kayak tour and we really enjoyed it. The crystal-clear water is incredibly beautiful and the surrounding landscape is also impressive. The tour guides also gave us a great introduction to everything and accompanied us on the tour.
We can highly recommend the tour.

Our driver, Martin, was fantastic. We had no idea what we were looking to do and he was able to build us the perfect itinerary as we drove. We visited a castle, saw a sheep herding presentation, had the most delicious meal and visited the Abbey. Martin was such a friendly man and never made us feel rushed and stopped to let us take some pictures. We would highly recommend him and the company. What an amazing trip!

We were a group of five friends on a girls trip and chose to splurge on a private tour. Spoiler: so worth the money! Tom was a GREAT guide and Mother Nature was also on our side ☀️, though Tom mentioned he always has a back up plan for challenging weather days. We had terrific views of the countryside and we leisurely pulled over at all the key sites (he even entertained our one friend who insisted on getting out to interact with a roadside donkey :). Topped it off with the Cliffs of Moher - was a wonderful day.

I'm a travel agent writing a review on behalf of my clients who had an amazing time with Neal! Their feedback was that Neal is "the guy to do a tour with". His knowledge of history and literature was outstanding, making the day fascinating and memorable.

Thanks so much, Neal, I will definitely be sending more clients your way!

Unbelievable experience. Coasteering was the highlight of our trip, and I can’t begin to explain how much fun we had. Steve our guide went above and beyond, between explaining everything in detail to make us feel safe and having us build confidence in ourselves, he was the absolute best.
    We will be back

This was our first tour with Rabbies and we had an excellent experience with the tour. Our tour guide, Dan was exceptional. Dan was not only kind, good humored and accommodating, but has an incredible wealth of knowledge. His thoroughness of the Irish Gaelic language and history helped bring Ireland’s beauty, people and history to life. He is a great professional but very, very pleasant as well. He ensured that his customers were well taken care and comfortable. He explained every site with great depth of knowledge and patience. My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to have Dan as our tour guide. It was not only our experience but the other members of the tour conveyed the same sentiments as well. I would definitely consider Rabbies for our future tours and would surely refer friends and family to Rabbies for their travel needs especially Dan as their tour guide in Ireland. We have booked two additional tours with Rabbies on our travel to Scotland. Thank you very much, Dan and Rabbies for making our trip to Ireland an enjoyable one.

An ideal tour to see and experience the wild beauty of Ireland, guided by a knowledgeable local tour guide, who was quite passionate about Ireland. This tour did cover the major sights, but, thanks to the tour guide, we also discovered hidden gems that only a local would know about. It was a memorable day.

We'd like to say thank you to Prestige Custom Tours of Ireland and our spectacular driver Dylan McNeil. A 2 week trip all around Ireland and Northern Ireland that included golf, castles, the Titanic Experience, Jameson Distillery and tons of hotels and pubs. Adare Manor, Slieve Donard and Old Head were particular hotel treats that can't be beat for service and amenities. Favorite golf was Royal County Down, Ballybunion, Trump's Doonbeg and of course, the Old Head.
Thanks Dylan and Prestige for an unforgettable experience.

Sorin was a knowledgeable and safe driver. My 3 boys really enjoy this tour. We also added a sheep farm demonstration. So much fun!
