Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Morobins5Toronto, Canada19 contributionsHidden gem in Kinsale. Didn’t do a tour but had a lovely mead tasting session. The tasting host was very knowledgable and entertaining. The various meads were delicious. They have developed some great recipes for cocktails as well. We brought home a bottle of hazy summer mead and enjoyed it with some crema on the patio yesterday. Lovely.Written 14 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- coffeeandbooks221 contributionsInteresting museum in the centre of kinsale town . It is €5 entry and is split into 2 parts. Downstairs you get to walk though the old streets of kinsale and see different merchants that would have been there and upstairs there is a whole section about the lusitina with a deck chair from it and information about the battle of kinsale . It is a interesting museum. I had been to kinsale many times but never knew about this until I saw a sign for it to say it was open. - Howard SClarksdale, MS90 contributionsAmazingly we visited this store 30 years ago on our first trip to Ireland and then stumbled back in this year. It was great to make the connection and have a wonderful experience all over again. Beautiful things that you won’t find elsewhere. We left with great stuff and some new items on the Christmas list!!! If you are looking for a true artisan shop that doesn’t have that “factory outlet” vibe look no farther and don’t miss it!Written 6 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Melissa M9 contributionsThis teeny tiny, bright shop is a gem of a store. My daughters and I were thrilled to explore the colorful, bright, array of jewelry, clothes, candles, and more. It is a plethora of shiny objects and the more you look the more you see. The shop owner and sales associate love the jewelry and were happy to let us entertain ourselves as we each found our perfect look. Most of the jewelry is unique and once the pieces are gone they are gone. When you are in Kinsale, this shop is a must. Be sure to see if the fairy next door is in.Written 7 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
