- rrodeoSea Isle City, NJ248 contributionsWe recently visited this Garden of Remembrance. We were on a tour with friends when our guide brought us here as a special visit. We did not know where we were going until we arrived. As a former NY EMT/ER nurse who was a 9/11 first responder I was a bit hesitant to go in as 20 years still have not healed many wounds. I’m very thankful our guide convinced me into going in. Yes, I shed many tears but what was done here is unbelievable! I always carry our Emergency Services patches with us while traveling in Ireland and was able to leave the service patches behind. May We Never Forget! Please visit quietly and reflect. 343 trees line this beautiful space. God Bless us all!Written 13 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- SCBCounty Waterford, Ireland2 contributionsA little bit hard to find, walked out to it. Well worth the walk as great view of the sea and even though ruins was still very mysterious.
Close to the lovely beach.Written 17 September 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Laurel FChicago, IL34 contributionsWe took a tour of Kinsale and although the church wasn’t included in the tour it ended at this point so we stopped in to see it and we were happy we did. It’s stained glass was beautiful and although it’s not a large church there was a lot of stained glass. There was a memorial to those who died on the Lusitania and also some graves from passengers lost in the tragedy.Written 4 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Karen FLincoln, UK710 contributionsWe almost didn't go in here as it doesn't look much from the outside. We were so glad we did. It was free to go in and that was a pleasant surprise. Downstairs they have a room set out with lots of displays of old local items, as if you are looking at a workshop. Upstairs they have lots of information about events in the local area. The volunteers are friendly and knowledgeable. A gentleman gave us lots of additional information about the displays and made sure we didn't miss out on parts he thought we would particularly want to see.Written 12 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Aussie47Sydney, Australia283 contributionsWe called in after dinner to sample the local music.
It is quite a small place and can get crowded, especially around the bar. Our group were a bit noisy and received dirty looks from the licensee and some of the customers who were interested in listening to the music.
Can't blame them really - this is a serious music pub.
We had a couple of drinks and left. There are more "open" music pubs in Kinsale!Written 25 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - SagarVSIndia2,509 contributionsVery nice seafood. - Laurel FChicago, IL34 contributionsWe stopped in to look for some on the rocks glasses and were thrilled to see the had glasses with varying rim thicknesses to chose from. They also deep cut their crystal so it has a very nice feel to it. After we were told all about the process of making the glasses we purchased two and they wrapped really well so we could bring them home in our carry ones. They made it with no problem and have been used several times so far!Written 4 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- virginia70Virginia Beach, VA213 contributionsWe stopped in late afternoon to have a whiskey tasting flight. This was our first experience with Irish whiskey and it was great fun. Bartender Alex is knowledgeable and did a fine job educating us. The bar has a good, funky atmosphere and was certainly the right place for our “school “. Most enjoyable.Written 11 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
