Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Hannah H30 contributionsWe visited here on a family trip to Dublin. It’s a great museum, very informative, and the memorial is beautiful! Definitely recommend! There is no lift, so if you are not able to climb stairs you won’t be able to see the entire museum / views.Written 28 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Harry09Doncaster, UK19 contributionsBooked as part of a hen do activity, Ann was absolutely fabulous in our 2 hour workshop, incredibly knowledgable and helpful as well as lovely! We had a great time making plaques, mugs & a lovely touch for Ann to help us make a keepsake too. - coffeeandbooks221 contributionsInteresting museum in the centre of kinsale town . It is €5 entry and is split into 2 parts. Downstairs you get to walk though the old streets of kinsale and see different merchants that would have been there and upstairs there is a whole section about the lusitina with a deck chair from it and information about the battle of kinsale . It is a interesting museum. I had been to kinsale many times but never knew about this until I saw a sign for it to say it was open. Well worth a visitWritten 3 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
