Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A well presented experience and distillery. Plenty of parking. The store has so many cool things to buy. I enjoyed a nice cocktail 🍸 as well. New and cool!

This beautiful park and monument were chosen as a start point, of a 4-night bikepacking trip, which was a bit of an emotional kickoff (having acquainted myself with the sculpture's poignant story).

Beautiful cathedral and cemetery grounds. The amount of detail and attention that is paid to the structure is stunning, but that can be said for many of the cathedrals in Ireland. There is something very peaceful and calming about visiting these types of places. Highly recommend if you need a calming break.

Darina Allen has long wanted to expand the class offerings in the Cookery School to include more Farm related material, and since last Fall a coordinator, the fabulous Karen, has been working away at building a whole Farm School programme. I've been to two of the day-long classes so far and they've both been excellent, albeit working around the Cookery students (and the weather), but it was revealed last week that the Farm school will soon have a new dedicated classroom space! Both instructors I've experienced have been great, and of course lunch at the Cookery School is always excellent! I'll be booking more of these classes in the coming year to help me sort out what I want to do with my small organic farm. So Bravo to everybody involved for finally making this dream a reality!

I have been here twice for Paintball and found it to be really well run center.

The course available for paintball is excellent and they provide quality padded gear.

What a friendly local pub to enjoy a pint and a chat. Whether it is with a friend, or chatting to the person behind the bar, this spot provides the perfect atmosphere for it.

The place is very run down and grubby. We were there 45 an hour before closing time to be told the coffee machine was turned off for the day.

My wife and I stopped off in Midleton for lunch, and happened upon Wallis'. Service was great, friendly and approachable staff. We both had a very tasty soup and a delicious chicken sandwich to accompany it.

The bar was very quiet being early afternoon, but it was just the pick me up that we needed after a long drive, and glad that we stopped by.

Stopped in here after Jameson tour, as my maiden name is Murphy and we believe our ancestor's hail from Cork. All the locals at the bar were extremely welcoming and quite interested in our adventures. Did you know Batt is short for Bartholomew?! Cool little cocktail tables, with bar name in gold. Loved the framed, signed poster "It's a Corker!" referring to Murphy's Irish Stout.
