Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went as a group of 5. I rang Eric to book and he was very helpful and accommodating. When my family went there what can I say, they were absolutely thrilled!! Despite one member having a slight fear of birds she overcame it so fast as the majestic birds they have there are so wonderful and calm. It was by best the most amazing experience! Weather was a little cold but it was ideal for the birds. Not everyday you get the opportunity to have an eagle on your arm! I would highly recommend going here for an experience. Of all these years living in Kerry I’m disappointed I didn’t know about this place sooner! My daughters want to go back and we definitely will be going back! Eric and his team are amazing at what they do and what they provide! A hidden gem for sure! Thank you so much for this experience!

We went in early March. Be sure to drive slowly on the access road (very narrow with some blind curves). Google maps lead us right to the parking area. The information center was closed; but, the gate to the pathway to the Orator was easily opened. Once you approach the structure you are easily transported back 1200 years. Luckily, we had the place to ourselves on a sunny day and could just linger and imagine.

We really enjoyed our visit to the distillery. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.
I would recommend the distillery as a must see when in Dingle.

This is a beautiful place to spend a while. A whole area is breathtaking, and we brought some fresh baked bread and cheese, and a half bottle of red wine a great experience.

Loads and loads to see here. I was surprised, didn’t expect so much. My toddler enjoyed it immensely. Lovely place and a great shop afterwards.
    Great place to visit.

We stayed at Castlewood House in Dingle and woke to views of Dingle Bay each morning. Beautiful views of the coast and the surround town of Dingle

The land is privately owned so they charge a small fee for you to enter (3 euro?) to see the ruins of this circle fort and bee hive huts. There are a few locations of these along the drive. Thankfully, we had started our drive early in the morning and there were no bus loads of people. Interesting and worth a stop if it is not crowded.

We had only one night in Dingle on this occasion. Top of our list this visit was to do Dick Macks Brewery Tour. So glad we did it. Our host Bobbi did an amazing job. She gave us very good information about the birth of the brewery in 2017 and it's journey since. We tasted some super beers during the tour. The brewhouse itself was amazing to see and loved learning about the process. This has been a highlight of all of our visits to Dingle and I would highly recommend it.

Clogger Strand is one of the most beautiful points of view in Dingle Peninsula. We visited Cranny Sraithe, a.lookout close to this point, where we could see the best views of the area. From here, you can see the sea, the coast and the cliffs, a wonderful place to stop, if you follow the Slea Head Drive.

When in Dingle, a visit to Neligan's is a must. We were told to get there early to get a good seat. We came early enough to get the best seats in the house right next to the dance floor. We enjoyed a couple of beers and chatted with the bartender. Finally, people began filling up the place in a rather short time. The dancing was spectacular. It was also not for the beginner. These dancers are fantastic and they dance fast. I learned square dancing in high school so I was familiar with some of the moves. The caller was wonderful. She explained the name of the dance, its origin, and the necessary moves. While I did not dance one step, I was worn out from watching. The Begley family has done a great job at keeping this Irish tradition alive and making Neligan's Bar an absolute must!

You will find quality leather goods at Holden’s. Beautiful shop with a great selection. It’s an interesting drive to get there and you will be glad you stopped in. We enjoyed talking to Conor and even met his new puppy!

My husband and I had a wonderful day at Dingle Cookery School. Part demonstration, part cooking, part eating and all fun. Indian cooking taught in an accessible and easy to repeat manner. Mark is a great chef and excellent/ helpful teacher. We’ll be back.😋😋😋

A waiter told me to wait an hour for a table, or try to find a seat at the crowded bar. Later when I put in my order, the food arrived within ten minutes.

The beef stew was rich and seemed authentic to my palate.

The singer sounded somewhat like Bruce Springsteen, playing slow ballads with his guitar. I liked the more energetic music which was played by two musicians the night before.
