We went on a muddy morning, the trial is also covered in sheep poop, but then you come back down you can rinse your shoes with a hose and a brush. We got to listen to Tommy O'Sullivan & Caroline Keane play for more than 2 hours. We were thrilled to see them in person and loved hearing them play. - Jocelyn ALondon, UK75 contributionsA glorious, sunny day out on the water with Dingle Dolphin, skipper Gary and first rate guide Brendan. We got very lucky and enjoyed the attentions of a large pod of common dolphins before spotting a humpback whale, and then, most excitingly a pair of fin whales which we stayed with for ages. On the way back we spent a few minutes with a nursery pod of bottlenose dolphins before heading back to Dingle harbour. It's been 2 weeks since we arrived back home to the states and we are still talking about our experience with Begley's Tours, our driver Ryan in particular. A highlight of the trip for sure!
We did 2 tours with Ryan, one around the Dingle Peninsula and the other from Dingle to Galway. Vans are super comfortable and clean. Ryan is SOO informative, so friendly, a great storyteller, and has a great sense of humor! His knowledge of history and present day facts is incredible and he has a real pride to be from Ireland. He offers to take pictures, gives great recommendations on food, pubs, and restaurants! Ryan matches the vibe of the group so well; you can tell he loves what he does and was born to connect with people.
Lastly, he didn't need to do this, but he went above and beyond in finding our family a beautiful spot to spread my grandfather's ashes. He let us take our time, didn't rush us, and understood what a special moment that was for us. We couldn't thank him enough!
Begley's Tours is a family business and I am confident that Ryan's other family members are just as lovely as he is.

A close friend recommended we contact Mossie about touring our family (8 adults) through parts of Ireland. Mossie drove and guided us from Galway to Kilkenny. We had 4 wonderful days with Mossie; my only regret is that we didn't spend more time with him.
Mossie is brilliant: he's a smooth and safe driver while generously sharing his deep knowledge of history, geography and culture. Mossie must also be a psychologist or a psychic - he "read us" perfectly... he anticipated our need to take breaks...he also guided us to certain spots not on our original itinerary which were far better than we expected. His recommendations for restaurants and viewing spots were 100% perfect; he knew the weather forecast better than all the apps we had available.
And he recites poetry!
Above all, Mossie is a kind, thoughtful and generous man.

- James B1 contributionGeorge was a pleasure to spend time with. His 3.5 hour tour of Dingle sites was booked via Viatore a week in advance. We received immediate confirmation of the booking from Viatore then George reached out to us a few days before to re-affirm the reservation and again the day before to provide details for our meeting. His arrival was right on time and welcoming. George is a professional photographer with his work available for purchase in a local gallery. He had no issues using our iPhone to capture amazing moments for us. I even inquired if there was a place to take photos with my wife and sheep as we had yet to have a close up experience with that animal. Within minutes George had presented us with that opportunity!
