Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Lois AFredericksburg, VA186 contributionsWent with group of four around the entire island of Ireland, and this was one guy's favorite thing we did. Absolutely beautiful beach. - Mary S5 contributionsThank you, Susan! Our horseback riding experience with you was truly incredible. You expertly curated a day on horseback, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Dingle Peninsula. Despite our small group with varied ages and experiences, you and your staff accommodated us seamlessly, ensuring we had a fantastic day. This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will cherish forever.
Susan’s hospitality extended beyond the stables – from welcoming us into her home to attentively listening to our needs and providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and shopping. Our two days in Dingle were nothing short of amazing.
For those with horseback riding in Ireland on their bucket list, Susan is the one to turn to. She takes exceptional care of her beautiful animals, employs a dedicated and respectful staff, and made our experience amazing. I hope to be lucky enough to return one day for another ride. Thank you!Written 30 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Shawn T5 contributionsWe opted for a half hour lesson and a half hour trek and that was perfect. Lovely people and a beautiful setting for horseback riding on the Irish waterfront. They will adjust from your skills, whether you are a novice or experienced. We had a great time.
They don't take credit cards directly but you can pay by PayPal. They are on the outskirts of Dingle so you'll need a taxi to get there and get back. Don't leave that to the last minute--we discovered most of the Dingle cabbies were doing tours and it took a few tries to find one to get there and another to get back to Dingle.Written 19 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Tau136Batavia, IL20 contributionsIf you just want a quick ride on a boat, this is a great way to see the harbor and to go out into Dingle Bay briefly. There was plenty of space on our early afternoon tour.Written 3 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Joe and Sharon HCarlow, Ireland35 contributionsWell this was a wonderful experience . John was ever so helpful , what a lovely pleasant man , we contacted him the night before , as it was early Feb , the facility is not open, but he arranged to open up and provide us with electric bikes the next day , with helmets ,high vis jackets , and an extensive run down on how to get around the peninsula . The electric bike at 50 euro each was well worth it , makes the bike ride so much more pleasant … plenty of stops around the coast to get something gm to eat or drink .

I had been unsuccessful after several attempts calling local tour companies. Mossie's tour called me back and put together a last minute 3 hour tour to accommodate me. And what a tour it was. I could not have asked for a better tour. As noted in various previous reviews, Mossie was a tour guide extraordinaire. He is not only a complete expert on the Dingle area and history, he takes a personal interest in you and tailors the tour accordingly. In my case, he emphasized taking my wife and I to the most incredibly amazing Dingle sights so that I could photograph them. The locations visited could only be known and accessed by a guide with the thorough knowledge and history of the Dingle area. I can only provide Mossie's tours the highest rating possible and highly recommend booking with Mossie's Tours to anyone visiting the Dingle area. It really is an amazing experience.Written 2 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Sandra HThompsonville, MI276 contributionsMy husband and I for our 30th anniversary had attempted to climb Mount Brandon with tour guide, Kevin, in 2018, but the weather shut us out. Fast forward to 2023 and we attempt again, but this time taking our group of eight adults on a walking tour with Kevin starting at Dunquin along the Dingle Peninsula. What an amazing hike! Kevin's historical knowledge of the area is mind blowing, and even with the rainy weather at the beginning managed to keep our group enthralled through the entire experience. Thank you so much, and I promise we'll be back to tackle that mountain again someday!Written 1 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - themsobiLagos14 contributionsI had the most amazing experience paddle boarding with Wild SUP Tours. Both Oona and Ed are amazing hosts and guides and aid to the confidence you feel while out of the water.
I wish i had booked an extended stay in Dingle cause it would have been great to get out on the water more than once with this group.
Will definitely be back next Summer :)!Written 21 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Our guide and bow oar was full of information on the rich history of traditional rowing in Dingle, as well as the history of the harbor. The rowing was exhilarating!Written 31 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
