Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited this beach while on the Slea Head Drive with family. It was a wild and windy day and the crashing waves combined with the sun were stunning. Beautiful views!

Dingle is one of my favourite Irish towns. The harbour has many working fishing boats, is well-lit and safe to walk around. Many of the boats are colourful - great photo ops.

So much history as you circle the peninsula, with this stop being one of my favorites. Again, great stonework in an ancient graveyard, with spectacular vistas over the countryside. Fortunately, you are able to walk inside, though it seems it could crumble at any moment. Don’t miss this stop.

Fantastic views and a truly magical
place. I highly recommend checking it out. The drive around is long but worth it especially on a nice day.

Did not visit as a tourist but rather a congregant. Super music and a reverent atmosphere. Had a beautiful chat with the Priest after.

Minard Castle is a bit out of the way and yes, you have to drive down a very narrow road (that would be quite challenging with lots of traffic)...but this place is great, and having something all to yourself is magical! I only met a couple cars on the drive down and back to the main road. It's a very cool place though, my only regret is the time of day I was there...it was around 2pm and the lighting was very harsh to get good photos. I bet it would be great in the morning (including sunrise) and maybe late afternoon/sunset. Worth a visit if you're trying to get off the beaten path!

Shelves were filled with mostly routine tourist information. What I mean is that some "out of the way" places were not included in brochures. In fairness, we did not ask the staff for any of that information.

Pretty but busy place. Nice for a bit of a walk around but there are businesses and facilities located here

I like that you are allowed to walk around the site and experience this unusual venue instead of seeing through a wire fence. Very interesting stop, though not well signed. We followed Rick Steve’s directions to get there. Great stop.

Visited this beach while on Slea Head Drive with family. The waves at the beach were wild and the spray and blowholes were incredible! This beach is an amazing reminder of the awesome power of the ocean! Definitely worth a stop while doing the Slea Head Drive!

A lovely little cove where the creek joins into the Atlantic. If you're arriving in a car it's best to stop by at the small ravine first and then plough on all the way onto the pier, there is enough space to make a U-turn there. The rock crevice at the very end of the pier is supposed to make a booming sound, amplifying the waves, but when we were there I haven't noted anything of that sort. All in all, nice to swing by!

There is a well marked path to the very scenic Sauce Creek from the car park at Brandon Point. From there you can do a circular walk back to the car park or just retrace your footsteps. It takes about 3.5 hours to do the circular walk.
