Fiona was welcoming and accommodating, staying a little later than usual to honor our reservation after a booking error. The entire experience was enjoyable. The spa is clean and the seaweed bath is an amazing experience. You obviously could not use the jacuzzi or showers but I didnt mind, came for the massage. I had a massage with Jessica who was AMAZING! Such a lovely massage while working out my shoulder knots, but she was also just SO lovely. It was a fab experience and felt very grateful to get to enjoy this again.
