You learn a lot about the local history as well as the distillery history (fascinating story). Ample samples at the end. - Linda G2 contributionsWe had only one night in Dingle on this occasion. Top of our list this visit was to do Dick Macks Brewery Tour. So glad we did it. Our host Bobbi did an amazing job. She gave us very good information about the birth of the brewery in 2017 and it's journey since. We tasted some super beers during the tour. The brewhouse itself was amazing to see and loved learning about the process. Our host, Neil, has vast knowledge about the production process which he explained simply and clearly. His choice of four carefully selected local whiskeys really showcases what Kerry has to offer. Each whiskey was very different but all delicious - I couldn’t choose a favourite. I learned so much about whiskey, it’s production and even local history. We explored the sights of Dingle, learned about its rich history and culture, and ate some of the most interesting creations prepared by local chefs. The highlight of the tour was meeting May and Tom, producers of the most amazing yogurt, cheese and milk just a few miles from town. What a lovely snd memorable day!
