A place to visit and purchase the best chocolate in all of Ireland. Most of my order was sent to family in UK for Easter but going back for my share this week. Thank you Mr Lorge Susan and all staff. Susan and Cindy Browne plus UK

Nora was fantastic teaching me how to make Kenmare lace! Very patient and excellent instruction on how to make very beautiful lace. If you want to learn how to make lace, I highly recommend you take the time and book a lesson!

Tucked away in a mews-style property on Henry Street, the Kenmare Soap Shop is a really welcoming and interesting place. All kinds of soaps, therapies and skin care, and some terrific art and craft products too - the cheeky greetings cards are worth a look on their own!

I bought a bottle of the house's home-made liquid dog soap and it's brilliant. Our little minpin's coat has come up brilliantly!

Stopped by to get a piece of Kenmare lace. The stores have lace made in Ireland but not actual lace made in Kenmare. The women there demostrated how the lace is made

Love this shop. A must when in Kenmare. Something there for everyone to enjoy looking at. Always take a peek when visiting Kenmare. Had a wander in today and my partner surprised me with the beautiful large "Surfers Inch" . Love all of Eoghan's photos. All of them are so beautifully captured. So delighted to finally own one ! Best Christmas gift.

I brought the family here for the first time on this trip. I have been many times prior and love stopping here. Everyone enjoyed this location for a bit of local history and culture.

I make my own fudge at home and am proud of it. It is good, but Linda Browne makes the best fudge in all Ireland. I'm not kidding! She is a lovely lady and I have had her work for me and with me and can only endorse her for all she does. The coconut fudge is my personal favourite but go check out her website - there are many delicious fudges to choose from. Browne's Fudges took part in 2011 International Year For Peoples of African Descent's event at Carrickfergus Civic Centre. Linda gave out samples which were enjoyed and appreciated by the Mayor, Councillors, and many African dignitaries who attended the event and participated in it. The fudges were a big hit with all who sampled them and Linda did an awesome job in promoting her Fudge and in supporting the event. I will be ordering some again from her soon as it can be done via her website. Check it out!
