Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I couldn't stop thinking about some of the animals, I'm hoping this will help in a good way. I mean no hate to the owners of cjs.
The meerkats, the white fox, the crocodile and the skunk. I feel like the park would be better without those animals, it really just put a downer on our trip. You can tell these animals aren't happy and that made us sad. Especially the meerkats, we watched them for quite some time & noticed they were pacing a lot. We googled as to why they were doing this, and it seems they have behavioural problems due to their environment. The crocodile, well, that goes without say, it shouldn't be there! The fox, it looked so unhappy and alone. The skunk, the enclosure is so small, too small.
Everything else was good, the reptiles, the birds, pigs, bunny's, goats and baby goats. I think these are the animals to focus on. If we ever go back, I hope that the above animals mentioned are gone.

A great cycle path but watch out for the mindless pedestrians some of whom wear headphones and are oblivious to their surroundings and their dogs roam wild

Phillip Troughton and Danny tell a fascinating story of deciding not to be "a price taker" in the up and down apple business, but to become "a price maker" by bottling and branding ciders and mixers. And a bonus: learn about AI and horse breeding -- no, not intelligence, insemination. An ancient orchard going back into the plantation times.

It's a lovely walk along the towpath and we pass this place very often. Recently when we were out walking we had an extra surprise when we heard the distant clang of iron on the blacksmiths anvil. When we got closer we found the blacksmith demonstrating his craft, sparks flying as he hammered iron on iron as they would have done in days gone by. I think they run classes and events from time to time. The lovely wildflower garden, the canal and the cottage are all very picturesque and great for photographs, a hidden gem.

This visitor attraction is only two miles from my daughter's house - so I decided to revisit it as it was Autumn, Halloween and apple picking time.

I didn't want to see inside the house or go on an organised tour - so access to the grounds, walks and yard was FREE.

All the apples had already been picked and were in large crates - ready to be transported to a local processing "factory".

It was a lovely Autumn, sunny day, so the facility looked it's best. The house was in the process of being painted; front completed and now working at the rear.

"Foreign" visitors would probably appreciate what was on offer, more than those from The Orchard County - Armagh!

Feeding chickens and patting ponies/goats is only possible on special "Open Days" - when a charge is made. The same is true for (inside) House Tours.

Worth a visit. (Not totally wheelchair friendly and the roadway to the house is rough and often muddy).

Cheap pound stores and various other places come and go, but you can count on a cheap place for sweets, toiletries and odds and ends here!

The whole infrastructure of this area and the amenities locally are fantastic and undervalued by some, but come good weather you will see tonnes of people attending events and outtings here. Great spot.
