Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- fiamma11Tysons Corner, VA6,025 contributionsThis is a scenic area for a walk. This 1.1 mile out and back trail is generally an easy walk. Allow 30 minutes. We did not see many other people here. - Courtney B1 contributionI went on this horseback riding excursion just as a treat to myself for my 50th. It did not disappoint!! - MrNjorlMaine667 contributionsEasy to miss but worth finding. Short trail which starts at the small sign, three minutes up a small hill and you are there. Basement foundation with remaining stairs. Placard on site. Overgrown, so wear long pants. Only place to safely park is the Old Dutch Road pullout about 100 yards south of the trail. Quick and easy for all the ruins lovers.Written 29 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Isabel O10 contributionsA unique, fun, artsy shop located in the east end of Saint John!
A great place to buy a hand-painted, one of a kind souvenir you can wear for years (and trips) to come!
They also offer art classes to create you own one of a kind piece!Written 2 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I was very comfortable enjoying a minute shopping while our kids dined. I got a very pretty hook bracelet with a topaz over coral bay. A great experience.Written 17 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Patrick B1 contributionHad a great day on Salt Shaker. Captain Sammy did a superb job at navigating rough seas. She had great feedback on where to go given the conditions. Sammy was also courteous during our snorkel excursion by bringing the boat around so we didnt have a long swim back. She was informative regarding sightseeing and iverall did a very professional job. Would highly recommend thus company.Written 25 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Tracy RBlanchard, OK205 contributionsWe got great massages here. Mine was with either Lori or Nancy. It’s in the newly-opened complex, next to Cocoloba, along with two shops: Jolly Dog and Zimba.Written 20 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Relax7833201 contributionWe had such an amazing time with Captain Stephen on Flyaway Charters!! Leah was so great to work with when we originally planned a trip to Lime Out and decided last minute to do a 1/2 day snorkeling trip. She was awesome in finding us a captain to accommodate our last minute change in plans.
Captain Stephen was so fun and gave us some great history of St John and surrounding area. He took us to amazing snorkeling spots only accessible by boat. We also had the opportunity to visit Lime Out for great tacos and drinks 🌮☀️
We will definitely use Flyaway Charters for our next trip and highly recommend them for your private boat adventure!!Written 26 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - skbrumNyack, NY29 contributionsWhile Lily's is convenient, it has very basic, limited and overpriced items. The shop clerk barely looks up to acknowledge you. One night we bought a pineapple only to realize when we got it home that it was rotten on the bottom. We took it back the next day and he told us he hasnt had any pineapples for 3 days and we must have left this out in the heat. When I protested he finally grabbed it, threw it in the trash and told ne to come back tomorrow for a new pineapple. I did. I just walked out with it though and waved thanks as I left. Love City Market is great - has a wide selection, teh produce is pretty good, they are friendly, helpful and well-priced.Written 28 January 2014This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gary MSeverna Park, MD2 contributionsWe, a family of 4, rented the 13' zodiac for 3 hours while on spring break and loved it. We very much enjoyed snorkeling around Pelican Rock and exploring the various coves in the national park. We would very much recommend this outing, especially when the northerly swell makes it difficult to be on the north shore beaches.Written 27 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
