She can answer every question, can offer great insight and you get a biology, history and geography lesson all in one.
She was terrific, pointing out plants and hidden cave-like residences, giving little history lessons.... she must have done this dozens and dozens of times but it felt genuine and not rehearsed.

... in house too..we bought the manderina digestif to take home with us!!! Along the way, great memories were made with the amazing people participating in the class, as well as with our gracious, passionate hosts!
We loved the cooking class where we made the most delicious ravioli I ever tasted, a quiche and a salad, incorporating foods we collected into everything.

Cooking class was a fun filled day with hands on with lessons for fabulous desserts from semifreddo to tiramisu and learning interesting tips from the expert chef all while sipping wine and enjoying Italian music.

If you are staying in Positano or nearby and would like to take a cooking class with a wonderful and endearing chef, then I highly recommend you take that class with Marina.
My husband and I spent one of the most memorable days of our Amalfi Coast trip at Marina’s incredible cooking class in Positano.

Our family (my husband, myself and our young adult children) enjoyed an activity filled week in Sorrento and the cooking class at Villa Ida was by far our favorite activity.
Carlos' wine making lesson and the generous servings of his homemade wine to accompany the food that we had prepared for lunch was wonderful.
