Our visit was predominantly to visit the new Jungle Parc. We were with three 5 year olds and this is an excellent activity for them (with further options for older kids). Well set up, friendly staff, well worth a visit! Took around 1 hour 20 mins to complete the two courses available for this age group - we will be back!

Absolutely beautiful setting, the garden is immaculate and it is a lovely place for families to explore. We had lunch in the cafe, we felt that the food was quite expensive compared to other local cafes, (as an example, it was almost £10 for a wrap and salad) however it was tasty and the cakes were delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised when I came here with my 5 year old son over the summer holidays. There are activities in nearly every room to keep kids engaged and we both found it really interesting. Crafts were also on. I think they do the crafternoons on a Wednesday and Saturday in the summer and we made a beaded jelly fish which was great fun and the staff member was so friendly and helpful. Overall, a brilliant way to spend a good 3 hours and for £0

We visited the centre today and had a lovely morning. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable especially Ben who went above on beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Would highly recommend this place to all my friends especially those with families.

Me and my five year old daughter had a great day out here today! She loved all the little play areas between rides. The queues were reasonable even on this mega hot day (although we didn’t go on any ‘big rides’). Every single member of staff was lovely. We could have stayed longer and we will defo be back soon. Thank you for such a reasonably priced theme park for younger kids x

A lot of the criticism is sadly justified, the place is run down and does need some TLC, and staff are often disinterested for sure
But the toddler loved it and stayed for a good 5 hours so for me well worth the entrance fee

We thoroughly enjoyed our time go-karting! It was all very organised and staff were very friendly - particularly Jordan who went out of his way to talk to my two children and even gave them both a toy car! Jordan went above and beyond to help make our time go karting more enjoyable! We look forward to returning in the summer holidays!

I was totally amased at the Cheshire Police museum. It is a large collection which id spaced out well throught the areas the museum occupies.
Staff were friendly and knowledge able. Lots of great historical stories of Cheshire police and the building its housed in.

There are very helpful instructions on the internet, explaining how to walk to the transporter bridge from a nearby supermarket car park. As we began our walk, a very nice, helpful couple asked if we were looking for the way to the bridge, and we stopped and had a very helpful chat with them, which ensured that we located the green line marking
the public right of way through the chemical works. Off we set, and after a few minutes, we met two charming gentlemen who asked if we were on our way to the bridge. Affirmative answer. ‘A fantastic site!’ said one of them, and we went on our way. The walk only took about ten minutes/quarter of an hour, and the last part was along the river Mersey, interesting in itself. As the men had said, there is an excellent view of the bridge from the path. Apparently another route to the bridge is out of bounds due to an infestation by giant hogweed, a cause of horrible skin lesions. Fortunately, on our route we did not encounter any of it. We were so pleased that the bridge had not been destroyed, and we’re grateful to the two charming and helpful couples we met for their encouragement and enthusiasm. Definitely recommend.

Very neatly kept. Grandfather buried so I try to visit him when I can. The address for the cemetery on here is incorrect as it is for the church.

This is a lovely well maintained nature reserve with small carpark. On my visits it has always been very quiet and tranquil place, so you can wander through the reserve enjoying the peace and quiet, spend time at bird hides or get some exercise walk round the paths.

A great afternoon activity for children aged 2-6 in my opinion. Great indoor splash fun for a reasonable price. The allocated 2 hours is plenty. Beware that the place is not the most hygienic but if you don’t mind 2/3 star shared showers and a bit of food stuck on your foot you’ll be fine.

The slides are bigger than I first expected. Beware if you are going in the winter it is very cold in and out of the water. Just have to man up and get in.
