Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Viki3 contributionsI absolutely love the spa facilities. Welcoming, professional staff & beautiful interior. Attention to detail, which give the entire hotel a luxury feeling without overdoing it.Written 30 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - yarin schwartz22 contributionsLarge site, clean pools for natives and adults. Also outside the building. Upstairs, a spa for adults, shared by men and women. A towel must be brought.
Bring a bathing suit and soap for those who want to take a shower. Open until 22.00. There is a light restaurant, cakes and coffee. You can take a locker or a cabin that is more comfortable to dress in and put on the equipment.
And also to enter the spa for an additional 9 euros.

The place is clean, beautiful, right in the heart of the city, and the treatments are worth every penny. - david rAltea, Spain30 contributionsReally difficult to find hour way in, there is a bell at the bottom of maybe a list of 20 at the door to the block. Then there is the maze to try to find the entrance, once in the facility it's still a maze, but a fun one. Good modern facilities among the remains of a spa easily 120 years old. Visitors like any other sauna. As I don't speak german I couldn't find the way out either and no one could help. I am here to tell the tail and recommend the expereienceWritten 11 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Melissa WBerlin, Germany14 contributionsThere is a sauna, two steamrooms, an ice bath and two different relaxation rooms as well as free flavoured water and healthy snacks. There is a gym but no pool.Written 19 May 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Abeer Al DosariDoha, Qatar283 contributionsI was gifted a spa voucher for a massage by a friend and went to their reception to finalise all the details and Jana was helpful and took all the needed details so at the massage day, everything will be smooth. I arrived on my day a little bit earlier and my therapist Sabine was cooperative to start early as well. I very much liked the sweediah massage which she gave me and I would recommend this place for a treat as well!Written 27 November 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thom EVienna, Austria82 contributionsNothing compares. It’s simple as that.
If you are visiting Vienna it’s an amazing gym experience, excellent food and coffee (also to take-away).
Huge range of equipment and extensive facilities.
Clean. Welcoming. Great Value. Pioneering.
Also an underlying sense of humor throughout...Written 9 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - JoyshirVienna, Austria1 contributionReading the other poor reviews shows that dhevari spa does not learn from feedbacks.
I visited there last week and see that the same happens again...
The treatment was 90 minutes instead of 105 minutes as claimed on their website.
When I asked the receptionist why was the treatment shorter then promised, she was RUDE and told me in a very aggressive way, that 15 minutes are for changing cloths!
Well... dear dhevari, do not mislead your customers by claiming in your website that the treatment length is 105 minutes!
Why not simply be clear and with integrity?!
Never in any spa or treatment (and I’ve been to many, all over the world), I was charged for the time I’m changing clothes!
The masseur was very good. But I will never go back because of the receptionist and the untrustworthy presenting fake treatment length (it’s written “Behandlungszeit” in the website!) and charging for it!Written 3 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. My masseuse was Doris both times. She was very attentive and very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend her!Written 14 September 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

We stayed very close to Vienna Thai Spa and stopped in on a whim. They were able to get us in right away. We did the hour long traditional massages, and we thought the prices are very reasonable for the services provided. The masseuse’s work hard! We loved that the massages combine stretching and yoga with massage. We feel rejuvenated and ready to backpack for another 10 days!Written 17 September 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GFK88Dallas, TX950 contributionsPlace is a bit cold / clinical but massages are excellent. Went there with severe pain in my neck and shoulder and after 90 minutes, I felt a lot better. Will be back shortly. Very reasonably priced and clean spaWritten 22 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nina1 contributionMy masseuse was very professional. First time having a Thai maasage. I always go for relaxing massage and of course the Thai massage was tougher 😰. But the masseuse asked me if It was ok and I say yes... That's the idea of the massage... Have good pain! She noticed I had a problem with my fingers and was very gentle which I really appreciated
Very clean place, peaceful, punctual and all the staff were very kind.
I'll go there again for sure!
I think the price is cheap for what you get.Written 9 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
