What travellers are saying
- Violeta M1 contributionIt was amazing and very fun. It was my first time snowboarding and my amazing instructor (nidia) taught me how to
snowboard like a pro and to do tricks in only 3 days. definitely recommend this amazing experienceWritten 27 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The trekking is wonderful, from Creussans to the first lake (about 30 minutes by walk) and the walk around it and the following two lakes are very beautiful. Really, the best photos, you can see if go up in the surroundings mountains. Amazing place for all family, especially the first lake, which was full of people, when we arrived. The other ones are more quite :-)

Loads of people do it like in a jiffy and loads have to stay at the refuge the night before. All depending on how fit you are and how you enjoy hiking up the mountains to enjoy fantastic views. There is a portable fountain ⛲️ at the refuge if you need to refill your bottles. Lots of springs, waterfalls, rivers and 3 lakes. There are many ways to get there also, it depends on where you want to start or how hard you want it to be, the popular trail up is from Arinsal.Written 9 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - iandiToronto120 contributionsWe rented our bikes from Commencal in Pal and had an excellent experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the bikes were fantastic! We went with the ebikes and scooted around up and and down the hill all day long.Written 7 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ian S5 contributionsFantastic Trail easily accessible. Dog friendly. Lovely views - as nature walks go - greatly rewarding. - WhatEmmanuelleSeesAndorra la Vella, Andorra1,721 contributionsThis hike is in Arinsal and it's steep all the way to the valley at the top. Big path all the way and once at the top valley you can go left or right. Left to Estany Forçat then Comapedrosa and right to Montmantell. Steep but easy with nice views. There are horses and cows up there in summer time. 3 hours around trip starting from the bottom after the tunnel in Arinsal.Written 11 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - barcarangerAndorra la Vella, Andorra2,319 contributionsOne of the few truly easy walks in Andorra the views are magnificent and if you come up from Encamp there are really nice walk hugging the mountainside where you can see many of the man in peaks in Andorra . I love this walk on deep winter when the lake is frozen .Written 4 April 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Chesca M1 contributionUnbelievably kind staff who were such fun. I never write reviews but this place was exceptional and, coming from a tourist industry background, I felt compelled to demonstrate my joy and gratitude. Thank you Kevin, Andre and the others (sorry I don't know your names) Keep up the great work making this world a better place xxxxxWritten 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - barcarangerAndorra la Vella, Andorra2,319 contributionsThis is a great trail but has some very big drops if you don't like heights. Travels up through the forest on a steep trail then has stunning views. Andorra easy ...allegedly...which for a normal human is tough enoughWritten 20 January 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - barcarangerAndorra la Vella, Andorra2,319 contributionsA stunningly beautiful park with amazingly wonderful scenery all year round. Great hikes from the very easy to the extremely challenging. To make the most of pick up a guide of all the walks from the tourist office.Written 7 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - barcarangerAndorra la Vella, Andorra2,319 contributionsBear in mind if you fancy this it’s much easier and safer to do this clockwise. I do not recommend coming down the other way as it’s very slippy when you get close to Arinsal ...if it’s wet...or dry.....or dusty....or there are pine cones etc. It’s quite a tough walk but reaching Pla D’Estany particularly before the lake dries up. The best place to access this route is behind the Hotel Montane past Cisco’s in Arinsal. My pictures are from an earlier go in May when there was loads of snowWritten 7 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
