SUP Yoga & Fitness Malta Saint Julian's
She offers all sort of classes from the early sunrise yoga (which is my favourite yoga, the place will give you a magnificent view and Rosita will make you feel like reborn) to SUP Yoga this is where the fun begins.
A few lessons on the surf board beats months of hard work at the gym ;) Sup yoga keeps my body in check whilst having fun!!! Rosita makes it so easy for everyone to follow and enjoy.
My wife and I participated in the "Cooking and Culture in Valletta" workshop, led by Steve and Michael.
Classes were professionally set up and run by knowledgeable chefs Stephen and Keith.
The second workshop was an evening visit to the Dingli cliffs for the sunset followed by photography of the sea and cliffs from the beach at Gnejna Bay.
If you love photography but would also like some help and guidance in getting the best shots possible then this workshop is definitely for you.
Fairwind Sailing School Saint Julian's
Taking Level 1 sailing beginner class, Paul did a great jobs explaining theories and exercises easily.
There is a large diverse library of esoteric books, a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, different therapies always on offer, fascinating workshops and themed events.
