I recommend to start with the sea part (blue) and if not tired- continue the forest one (red). However, the beach is very nice and very popular among the locals. Very long shallow sand beach, especially kids do like it. Parking is easy and free. Small "dressing room" as well as a "bajama". Great place for jogging as well. White water rafting suitable for both children and adults, not quite for the thrill seekers but experience and setting around river Kymi, were second to none. The area is beautiful and peaceful.
