Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Niels RLondon, UK2 contributionsWe've done similar guided kayaking tours but this was one of the best. Tiina, our guide, was engaging, knowledgeable and made everyone feel included despite the differences in kayaking experience in the group. Her safety and paddling technique briefing at the start was excellent. Although we had kayaked before this tour is suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. Our group managed to kayak quite a distance, despite the fact that there was some wind. And Tiina was considerate enough about the weather conditions on the day, that we used an alternative, sheltered start point.
We appreciated the water and snack given by the tour as our trip ran over lunchtime.
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.Written 1 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. However, the only way to do that was to walk to the place, the phone number I called connected some office and was thus of no use. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars, not 5.Written 13 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Senni JEspoo, Finland51 contributionsI participated to windsurfing course with my friend. I hadn't any previous experience so it was a bit exciting. The teacher was super friendly, professonal and most patient ever! I really recommend this to anyone that wants to try and learn something new! I learned a lot and want to try it again. The concept is genius - you can test how well did you learn - 2 hours of windsurfing board hire is included in the course price!Written 9 August 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Lindsay TCambridge, UK21 contributionsIt was such a peaceful experience to spend a couple of hours paddling around Seurasaari; I would do it again in a heartbeat. Kajus was very friendly and helpful in getting us started. My thanks go out to him for a truly unforgettable experience!Written 25 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Dino YMajuro, Marshall Islands4 contributionsOne of Helsinki's best hidden gems. Good for relaxing on a summer day or when the mood strikes you. No appointment necessary. After walking all over the city, I came upon SUP Finland by accident. With my legs tired from walking, SUP Finland made me forget why my legs were tired in the first place. With Miriam's supervision, I was standing on the board the whole time, paddling away. Miriam is super awesome! She will teach you the basics if you have never done stand-up paddle boarding before. If I was living in Finland, this place would've been my "go to," every day or every weekend.Written 24 December 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - nbskdHelsinki, Finland36 contributionsI went there for a paddleboarding newbie experience. The young staff were nice and helpful, the equipment seemed new and we got the necessary information on paddling techniques, do's and don'ts. The experience was fun and very reassuring. The place is close to Sibelius monument and Seurasaari.Written 21 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Inspire105801922861 contributionRidenjoy is an amazing place with a great summer atmosphere. I visit it quite often and always enjoy my time wakeboarding and then relaxing on the beach for an hour or more. I usually call the place "Little California" because of the wakeboard park's atmosphere.Written 2 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
