An architectural masterpiece. It is a nice little oasis with all sorts of tropical plants (cactuses, palms etc). Good tip for those who feel cold pintching, and would like to warm up a bit and at the same time enjoy mother natures beauty. Also good place to take more romantic pictures. Suggestion would be to perhaps open a caffe in the greenhouse.

The shallow basin with sheltering hands high above is hidden at the back of the Finlandia hall, the monument was designed by sculptor Pekka Jylhä in 1997 for our long time president, loved and hated Urho Kekkonen. The park bordering the bay of sea water is good for all kinds of recreation, biking, reading a book, picnics and activities on the water, though swimming is not popular as the bottom is muddy.

The Park of Good Hope will be the green heart of the Jätkäsaari district. The park is 88 meters wide and more than a kilometer long.

The trees are just planted. So the park is not still as green as it will be in 5-10 years.
