- Jen BSilver Spring, MD70 contributionsThe monument itself is located near the lake, but is not well marked to get there from all entrances. Best to use some sort of map / navigation to find it, particularly in winter. Quite lovely monument, but would benefit from some sort of explaination -- is it a graphic representation of a particular piece (aka Finlandia)?Written 28 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

It connects the West Harbour where ships from Estonia and Russia arrive to Töölö bay with Oodi library and Finlandia Hall. The city has been invaded by electric scooters as all of Europe so you have to watch out for them flashing past without a care of traffic regulations.Written 15 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- JariJKKouvola, Finland5,035 contributionsThis pedestrian district is very beautiful around the clock. You see canal and park views, beautiful bridges and small boats there. There are also some statues and a couple of very good playgrounds for kids there. You also find some restaurants there, one with a very nice summer terrace.Written 25 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- tom aExeter, UK14 contributionsBy a long distance better than any soft play area we’ve been to in the uk. Its more akin to play areas that large amusement parks have. Genuinely an excellent soft play for anyone from 1-10. There’s a large number of slides all very different and inventive. Not sure if we caught it at a strange time being a Saturday at the start of the Finnish holidays but the place was pretty quiet the entire time we were there which meant that you basically end up with free rein which you would never get in the uk. We would definitely go again and would highly recommend for a rainy day. Adults get in free which is always a plus!Written 7 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

For adults, a traditional Finnish restaurant Kannas is located next to the park.Written 27 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
