    Many different sport activities
    The selection of sport and activities is very good and interesting: you can try climbing, beach volley, trambolines, Megazone (laser-gun battle)… Find out more from their website.

    The sports complex is, however, pretty complex (staff is helpful and will guide you) – also getting here can be complex due to construction work! The area is former industrial area (still houses a power plant), that is now heavily developed. As such a fascinating area.

    Salmisaaren liikuntakeskus is close to the Kaapelitehdas (cable factory) art & culture –centre, so you can combine sports with culture.

    Had a part of a joint Bachelor/ette party here and it was fun
    I organized my brother's and his fiancées bachelor/ette parties and one pit-stop was at Gr8 in Helsinki. The establishment was very welcoming in bookings and on the day. We divided ourselves into two teams and competed in different games. You can do stuff there with a partner but I would recommend going in a larger group as that makes it more fun.

    Expensive fun
    OK lets get one thing straight I love a good game of 10 pin bowling, but apparently in Finland you cant book per game, only per hour. so if you can throw down rather fast and still have fun, you might be lucky to squeeze in 3 games in 1 hour with 2 people. plus the shoe hire and normal coat fee upon entry its rather expensive and why they don't allow you to book per game is basically so they can get more money from people per hour. Otherwise its bowling and you don't need my review of how to chuck a ball at pins :P

    Horrible experience
    Made a reservation and paid for 6 people. It said nothing on the website that this was not allowed, just mention that max 4 people recommended.

    After we had paid for the shoes and the drinks bartender told us that one of us cant participate and should stay on the otherside of the bar because there is a limit of 5 which is not said on the website. We decided to leave because did not want one of us to stay alone for 2 hours, bartender was not willing to negotiate refund and told us to just contact the customer service.

    Please avoid.
