    Great tour, recommended!
    Fantastic tour, friendly driver, knowledgable local guide. Got so much more out of visit to Tallinn than doing it on my own, and learned some facinating local history.

    Grand tour
    We had a very relaxing, informative tour with Andrew and his wonderful driver. We left the city of Helsinki with all sorts of historical facts and traveled to the quaint old town of Porvoo which the Tsar AlexanderI had discovered. We walked the town and visited the church and tried some goodies along the way. Then we headed back to Helsinki and found the wonderful Helsinki library Oodi which was amazingly interesting! Then we went to the Cathedral and ended up at the old Market Place.
    Andrew left us with a great suggestion for lunch.
    It was a grand tour!

    Excellent way to catch up on the history and culture of Helsinki in three hours!
    Very insightful walking tour with Jonna. She took us around some of the key spots in Helsinki and touched on a lot of little known aspects of Finnish history and culture. For example, I didn’t know about the bomb shelters that are scattered through the city. Jonna also took in requests from the group to make detours. Highly recommended!

    This does have recorded travel and tourist info, but this is just a convenient way to get around.
    There are several of these operators and even their buses look the same or similar. The casual observer would think they are the same. We tried to get on one and were told it was a different company. They directed us to a bus parked a few years away. We came on a cruise ship and used them to book the bus because the cruise gave us a small discount that made their service slightly cheaper than booking directly with the local company.
    We read several horror stories about people missing the last bus back to the docks and almost missing the ship, so I was very careful about verifying the pick up spots and if we would make it back to the ship in time.
    This paid off because the bus we were on skipped a huge number of scheduled stops just to get us back to the ship on time. We had less than an hour to spare.

    Finnish Nature, Smoke Sauna and Lunch!
    Todays Times and Jeff were wonderful! The hike, lunch and smoke sauna experience far exceeded my expectations. The trip ran smoothly, easy hike and lots to learn about nature and a delicious lunch! Would definitely book this experience again!

    Fantastic Private Walking Tour
    We just returned from a two week trip to Finland. We didn't have much time to spend in Helsinki and decided to schedule a private walking tour for the afternoon we landed. This was a great idea as it gave us a feel for the city, hit spots we were able to check off our list in order to optimize the rest of our time there and stretched our legs after a long flight. Our guide Felipe was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and music shops. We also appreciated that even before we arrived, Happy Helsinki's email had great information and details regarding how the taxis worked at the airport and other ways to get to our hotel. I highly recommend them!

    Excellent tour
    Excellent tour round the islands with commentary in English. They also provide travel blankets for chilly days if you decide to sit in the open…nice touch.
    We also thought the hour and a half tour was good value for money in an expensive city.

    Going outside the city
    Our guide to Porvoo was so knowledgeable about the history of Finland. He was polite and respectful and made you feel safe in a small group setting. He shared his thoughts and knowledge about the Finnish people and culture. The ride ivet was comfortable and he was very accommodating to what we wanted to do and when we wanted to eat or go into souvenir shops. And excellent last day in Finland.

    Breathtaking scenery and unforgettable nature walk at Porkkalanniemi archipelago, Finland
    Jeff is a very knowledgeable and personable guide. We had a wonderful nature walk at the Porkkalanniemi archipelago - we walked through the forest, learnt to identify various plants and trees, saw wild deer, ate juniper berries, walked along the coast and had a healthy and yummy Finnish lunch at a picnic table near the sea. There was free time to explore the coast and the scenery was breathtaking.
    I would highly recommend it as a worthwhile half day trip to explore a nature reserve near Helsinki.

    Quick tour during a layover
    We booked a private tour during a 8 hour lay over from the airport. I appreciate how helpful the company was in figuring out timing and finding an easy meeting point. Olga-our tour guide--was amazing! She gave an informative and fun overview of the highlights of Helsinki and Finland. We learned a lot about the history, cuisine and culture. She also gave us wonderful recommendations for the little bit of extra time we had before we needed to go back to the airport. This tour is a great way to see Helsinki! We hot to return!
