Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My friends and I have been in Heidis a few times. During weekdays it's been really nice. It's really chill with a good vibe. Busy enough to dance your night away but also relaxed enough if you just want to have a couple of beers with your pals. Especially I loved the silent disco nights in the roof terrace during summer. So much fun!

So our expectations were pretty high when we went there for the first time during the weekend. But... First of all it's SUPER crowded. You can barely move there. It didn't feel safe anymore. Also during the two hours we probably spent there, there were like 4-5 fights that the bouncers needed to cool down. Second, what's with the music? My friends and I were wondering why is the music so weird, why doesn't it react to the crowds reactions and why are the songs playing so long. We went to find the DJ just to hear that they don't have one. Excuse me?! You charge people 14 euros to get in and you don't even have a DJ. A little bit salty... I mean that would be acceptable during the week when you pay 4 euros to get in or something. But I don't want to pay 14 euros to listen to a bad Spotify list...

So the special nights during the weekdays are fun but I would recommend heading somewhere else during the weekend. Unless you're so drunk you don't care what's going on anymore. Then you can still have fun dancing on the tables in an overcrowded overpriced bar.

The place is fine. Maybe there could be more people. The service is good and there are people you can talk to.
