    Spectacular Experience
    By far the best experience I ever experienced in Rovaniemi, potentially ever. I contacted them earlier to tell them that I’d be proposing to my girlfriend and they went above and beyond. They arranged an incredible and delicious 3 course dinner of authentic and homemade finish cuisine followed by some champagne. We were inside a fantastically decorated igloo with a cozy fire pit inside to be warm despite the frigid Lapland temperatures. An incredibly romantic experience as they had arranged candles all throughout the walkways and took awesome pictures of us. If I could use one word to describe this experience it would be superb, of the highest quality. Alex and Katia took such fantastic care of us and treated us like family. If I could leave any more stars I would. Do not hesitate to book this. I promise you won’t regret it. Their genuine attention to detail and hospitality will blow you away as personalization of their tours felt instinctive. I cannot wait to return and experience another tour with them!

    Amazing trip from start to finish
    This is a great way to spend the evening!
    its start off with being picked up in rovaneimi (thanks again for the patience as our flight was delayed)
    you are then wisked away to the wilderness and land at the glass igloo,
    its very cool and nice and warm,
    the food was amazing and local.
    after 3 courses you go out on the lake on snow scooters and if u dont have the right clothing they have you covered.. no aurora but as u know its like a lottery and one of the previous posters below that gave a 1 star review should have done their homework.

    Chasing Northern lights
    We had the best Northern lights tour with Oren from Beyond Arctic. He gave us deep insight on How Northern lights are formed and took awsome pictures. Oren deserves a 5* . We would definitely recommend to go for Northern lights tour with Beyond Arctic and Oren.

    Amazing experience!
    I seldomly write reviews on anything but our trip with Frost Fell to watch Northern Lights was simply amazing and without exaggeration the highlight of our trip!The guys from Frost Fell were great! They took us to a great spot, there was noone but us and Veera even managed to take really good pictures of us with the Nortern Lights in the background. Also our group consisted of just four people, so we really had a local experience. Thank you guys so much for making our trip to Finland that special!

    A great thing to do with friends and family.
    WOW, what an absolutely great experience. From the outset we were incredibly impressed as the communication from the team was great, and we had a wonderful guide. These igloos are Uber cool and a great thing to do with friends./family. Following the meal, which was very authentic, we went on the snow scooters and they were SO MUCH FUN. Thank you to all the team, we would highly recommend.

    Absolutely magical! Must try it out.
    We had a fabulous time on this tour. We saw the Northern Lights throughout our tour and enjoyed a great picnic in the wilderness. They even accommodated for a speacial diet request and made sure all of us were at ease the whole time.

    I need to mention our guides for this trip. Byron and Tommy - they were funny, great entertainers, and very helpful. Tommy even helped my daughter, who wasn't having a great time (it was -14 degrees after all, which is a first for us), finally have a blast!

    The experience was absolutely magical and the food was delicious. You must try out hot berry juice-it is surprisingly yum!

    We had a blast at this tour and hope you do too. Thanks again, Safartica, for wonderful memories!

    Excursion of a lifetime - Lappish dreams came true
    This is a must do activity on your visit to Rovaniemi. This was our final tour in Lapland and we were treated like VIPSs from start to finish. We were picked up and dropped off in a private Mercedes people carrier and upon arrival served hot drinks and provided with appropriate outerwear. We then took turns snowmobiling followed by ice fishing. While we didn’t catch anything it was so much fun seeing fixing it a try and seeing how it’s done. We then had a very yummy three course lunch in a glass igloo with a fire in the middle. The food was delicious and presented really well. The icing on the cake was when I mentioned how we’d love a nice picture or paining of the gorgeous scenery and Alex brought his professional camera and got some photos for us! We were treated like the rich and famous from start to finish and Alex was the BEST host. We did not want the experience to end.

    We did this with our 9 and 4 year old and they both really enjoyed it. What made it great for them was the ability to standby the fire or go inside anytime they wanted to warm up or have a little break.

    Thank you so much for making our Lappish dreams come true!

    Relaxing night and dinner
    The Igloo and the food was nice. The lake nearby was quiet and private. The guide shared lots of things with us. Overall it was a pleasant tour. We only tried the scooter a bit but it was not our focus. We also saw a bit of Northern Lights as it was cloudy.

    Disappointed
    17 of us booked this tour, we were picked up 30 mins late because they had to have 3 cars. It took them 1 hr & a bit to get us dressed with one person attending to 17 people which meant we were 2 hrs behind schedule.The guide was inexperience, wasted time at reindeer farm & we missed our husky tour. I booked the aurora lights & decided to cancel without refund. Very disorganised will not use them again

    Nice Experience
    It was a wonderful experience. The guide was great and had lot of knowledge of the nature. The quad trip had a good pace and we saw lot of the nature. We missed a nice viewpoint where we could enjoy the landscape from a high point.
