Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- kerry kMornington, Ireland48 contributionsWow
This was 1 of the highlights of our trip, we had so much fun, our stay was far too short unfortunately we couldn’t find the bus stop wasn’t clearly sign posted so ended up loosing an hour of our time waiting on a taxi
Could have happily stayed from open to closing
The sledding hills were so much fun
Ice skating through the forest was incredible
Unfortunately We didn’t have time for ice hockey or snowshoeing
Scenery in drive out & back was beautiful
All in all it’s an absolute must
The ticket price includes a hot dog style sausage you can buy buns separately
There’s fire pits outside cafe for warming sausages & toasting marshmallows
We left with memories that’ll last a lifetime

There was routes for everyone, even for me 😁 more than a year break from the last time and had a great experience! Wonderful and professional staff. Thank's Väki!Written 24 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mia K1 contributionThe manager behaved very unprofessionally accusing paying clients of lying and stealing from his place totally unfounded. Went totally rogue with his communication. Targets minorities with this type of craziness. Targets rants at minority kids selectively when parents are not there. Presented himself and the business very poorly.
Hyvin huonoon valoon saattaa yrityksensä tuommoisella touhulla.Written 6 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. You hire the skates for €10 for as long as you like and there are skating frames to hold onto while you get used to the ice and find your ballance. The rink was away from the skate hire building and it was not supervised, a few people were getting on the ice without hiring boots and messing around with the frames banging into each other which was a bit annoying as my daughter was nervous but they didn't hang around long thankfully. A great way to pass an hour or so. There's a shopping centre right next to the rink and there's a warm play area inside where my husband took our younger daughter, so perfectWritten 20 January 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AinailGothenburg, Sweden184 contributionsPool is closed, restaurant closed, awful breakfast with bacon that has not been in a pan neither have the meatballs or sausage. Lots of young sporty people with no leaders running you down in the corridors. Staff in the reception didn’t care that we drove 500 km to have a nice spa day. This is not a resort or hotel. It is just a sport place with beds. The corridor even smelled sweat. Not recommended if you want stay for relax and enjoyWritten 28 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
