Yes, do go and see it. TripAdvisor at the moment is suggesting 2-3 hours which is of course silly unless you're sitting down for a meal.

Just taking a few minutes to walk up and down the waterside is just fine!

Lovely place to spend an afternoon in the middle of the city even if you don’t have kids. Lots to see and do and plenty of places to eat and drink from the inexpensive to the expensive. Relax on a deck chair and watch one of the performances or stroll around the different areas. Not cheap to enter but Copenhagen is expensive

We visited this castle and had a nice time. We booked tickets for 10AM and were there as soon as they opened the doors. The inside of the Palace is dark and gloomy, so we can’t imagine anyone wanting to live there. The gardens are ice and well taken care of, but the best part of the visit is the cellars (basement) where the Crown Jewels are. This display is impressive and one of the best ones we’ve seen as far as Crown Jewels go. Worth the visit.

The royal reception rooms are light and airy the exact opposite of Rosenborg. There are several more sights on the premises and the Thorvaldsen museum next door.

Visited twice during our trip to Copenhagen. As a foodie, you will not want to miss this place, it's a great mixture between a market and food stalls, all offering great quality and a broad palette of foods and cuisines to choose from. There's the traditional variety of smorrebrods at Hallernes Smorrebrod (tried and tested twice), there's tapas at Tapa del Toro (also tried and liked), chocolate pralines at Xocolatl (also excellent), bread and patisserie, fish, cheese, pasta, tacos, wine, craft beer. In short, everything you would need to leave the place happy and with a satisfied belly. Note that the tables in front of the stalls are reserved for the stall customers, but the tables from the outer ring, near the windows, and the outdoor seating area are for everyone. Very crowded at meal times and really tough to get a table, make sure you get one before getting in line for the food, otherwise you might eat standing.
Wouldn't miss it if we're ever again in Copenhagen.

This is an easy climb as there is a ramp that will take you up for 95% of the tower. The view from the top is spectacular. A challenging place for people with mobility restrictions.

I don't know what it is about it, but I just LOVE the space! The indoor garden surrounded by statues is just so nice.

The exhibits host both antiques and modern art, especially statues.

I will say it was a bit difficult to figure out what path you're supposed to walk to get the whole experience. Find the rather hidden elevators if you're not excited about stairs.

The paintings on the higher floors were a bit less of a hit, although there are some famous names, most notably Gauguin. Reading about how Copenhagen sucked the joy out of him was amusing in and of itself!

I love museums. And I'm a history buff. My wife and I spent an inordinate amount of time here, taking everything in. Plenty of other visitors, including children. But the place wasn't crowded. If you're into museums, don't miss this one. Reviewed by Miles A. from Boca Raton, FL

Definitely worth a visit if you’re interested in art. The underground location of the exhibit created a very cool atmosphere and was something very unique. It added an interesting factor to see the art in a dark underground area. Only thing is that the exhibition wasn’t that large, but overall it’s worth a visit!

Nice park with long alleys and grass located across the street from the main entrance to the Zoo. Under the park there is also the Cisternere gallery in the old water storage system which used to house Copenhagen's fresh water

This is next to The Little Mermaid. It is a military installation, so some rules need to be followed, but it is open for pedestrians free of charge. it is a nice and peaceful parklike place to take a stroll through the pathways.

If you have any interest in musical instruments, this is a terrific place to visit. One of the highlights of our visit to Copenhagen. it traces the different musical instruments humans have used throughout history. The admission includes an iPad with information in English, and even better, there are many minutes of excerpts of people playing the old instruments you can see. This is very well done, and it's easy to spend a few hours here. In October it was only open on weekends, so keep this in mind. Don't miss it. It's also especially good for children, as there is a room where they can try different instruments.

Looked forward to see examples of the Danish world famous designs, so a tad disappointed to find it closed for renovation until mid 2022.

Nevertheless it was grand admiring the fine building and strolling around the courtyard.

Interesting to learn that here was the former Frederiks Hospital, which closed in 1910. A gift from a businessman, it was unveiled as a museum in the mid 1920s.
