An extraordinary beach and a mist seen for Lefkada, don't miss it.

Bad news is not organized and you have to bring everything with you, snacks ,drinks and very importnat an umbrella if you plan to stay all day.

Very important: don't forget you water shoes, there are a lot of small stones and is very painful to go jnto the sea .

The parking is 10 euro but if you park before the main parking area is free.

Oh, Egremni Beach is an absolute must-visit! I mean, who wouldn't love a casual 1.5 km stroll down a charming 30% incline? It’s practically a free workout! And if you’re lucky, you might even spot goats! They make the trek look easy and will definitely make you question your own fitness level. The beach itself? Totally worth it, especially with those thoughtfully placed stairs that serve as a gentle reminder of the epic climb awaiting you when you’re done relaxing. They really know how to make sure you get a full-body experience, not just a beach day! Overall I give it 5 stars, will visit it again!

Difficult to get to but worth it. Water, skies, nature.. Amazing. Semi wild. Clean. Huge. Enough space for everyone without getting in each other's ways..

The beach has amazing sights but there are a lot of rocks and no sand.
Is not quite well organized, you have sunbeds but no beach bar, you have to climb about 6-70 stairs to get something to drink from the van in the parking lot.

The parking is 10 euros but beware the parking lady is quite aggresive and will chase you if you dont stop.

I would not recommend it for families with small children.

A lovely beach which is easy to get to by car unlike many other local beaches which can be quite stressful to drive to. Plenty of free parking too. Reasonably priced sunbeds under shades with wooden boardwalks. Pebbles into sea are quite painful for bare feet so some form of beach shoes are beneficial. Alternatively there are areas where you can bring your own chairs/umbrellas etc for free.Cafe/bar next to beach with staff who will take orders from your sunbed and bring drinks etc over to you. What’s not to like ?

Lovely setting with views across the bay watching the sail boats come and go.

At the time of writing it’s really quiet but with signs of other activity as businesses set up for the season.

Sadly, there are also some negatives to report since we were last here. Building work is going on in several places … just down from the Rouda Village apartments, a large area of land has also been cleared between the port and the bay areas suggesting future development; but worst of all what appears to be a quarry has been established (not being worked at present though) right next to the Illyanthos Apartments! Madness! The huge pile of quarried rock has also covered what was a car park, which will seriously restrict parking provision in the height of the season.

Fortunately, the Zollithros restaurant continues to offer great food in an excellent location and now even has a small ‘roof garden’.

Gialos beach in Lefkada deserves a visit. You can reach it only by car and it offers a mix of organised and wild beach.
You can enjoy drinks at the terrace next to the beach, while soming the beauty around you: mountain, beach and sea!

I came to this beach because from here you can take a taxi boat to Mylos beach, but unfortunately on that day because of the rough sea, there were races to Mylos beach.

The beach is small, there are no sunbeds

Access to the beach is on foot from the main road and is full of shops and taverns.

Parking only on the main road.

It was easy to get to, parking was close enough. We got a good spot next to the rocks in the shade, we did look at the sun lounges but they were 50 euros for the two, we didn’t no that as we were there only for an hour and half as we moved on to the next site seeing adventure

Absolutely worth it to go. Beautiful beach, water and wawes. Umbrella rent is 10 Euros a day including 2 beds - great. Access to the beach by car is without any fee for parking.

The bartender is really friendly and she also made the place feels like home. No stress and chilled zone. Cool place. Really reccommend to go.

Arrive early to get parked. Beware of the narrow roads down to the beach. Beautiful beach, mostly samd. Waves rough enough for children to enjoy

In my opinion it is a better beach than Vasiliki Beach because there are better facilities for relaxing at the beach, it is not just for water sports. There are parts of the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas - the cost is 7 euro. You need special shoes because the entrance to the water is with rocks.

Quiet in June, wouldn't recommend in Aug as car park and beach are both small. Road driving in is narrow and windy.
Sweet little beach, nice cafe, incredible blue water, although sometimes with a bloom on the surface.
Calm, blue, free sunbeds out of season!
